If you’re looking for help finding a vehicle look no further than Synergy. They have a great team and cannot do enough for you. I have dealt with Lisa for 3 vehicles now and always ended up satisfied.

Nothing is perfect which is why I haven’t given a five star nudge. But Synergies has been helpful, straightforward and answered all my queries promptly and efficiently. I have no complaints or grumbles about the service offered.

I leased a new Tesla in June 2025. My experience was very positive throughout, Ellie and her colleagues were knowledgeable and very helpful and worked hard to secure me a great deal. As a result, I highly recommend Synergy and will definitely use their service again.

I'm writing this review with mixed feelings. My initial experience with Synergy Car Leasing was excellent. The sales process was smooth, professional, and I was very happy with the service I received from them directly. For that part of the journey, they deserve 5 stars.

However, a lease is a long-term commitment, and the entire experience is only as good as its weakest link. Unfortunately, Synergy's choice of finance partner, Mobilize Financial Services (also contacted via businessfinance mobilize-fs.com and fleet.mobilize safogroup.co.uk), has completely soured my view and turned a positive experience into a deeply frustrating one.

At the end of my three-year lease, I returned my Nissan Qashqai. Here are the undisputed facts:

My mileage allowance was 18,000 miles. I returned the car with just over 5,000 miles.

The car was officially inspected by their agent and awarded the highest possible grade, A1, confirming it was in immaculate, showroom condition.

Despite me returning a vehicle in perfect condition and with nearly 13,000 miles of value left in it (which is a huge financial gain for them), Mobilize FS is now trying to charge me an unreasonable £210 for a "missed service."

I have tried to reason with them, providing their own A1 inspection report as proof that the car is in perfect condition. I have pointed out the immense value they are gaining from the low mileage. Their response has been appalling. I've been met with robotic, copy-paste emails that completely ignore all evidence and logic. They just hide behind rigid policy without applying a shred of common sense or fairness.

This is a direct message to Synergy Car Leasing: Your reputation is on the line here. You were fantastic at the start, but the end-of-lease process is managed by a company that seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction or fairness. This terrible experience with Mobilize FS has completely overshadowed the good work your team did.

As a customer, I see this as one overall package. Because of the way your finance partner operates, I cannot in good conscience recommend Synergy to others, nor would I consider using you again, which is a shame. I urge you to look into the practices of the finance companies you partner with, as they are damaging your brand. I am now having to escalate this matter to the Financial Ombudsman, which is not how I expected to end my lease.

Yes, I realise the guidelines, we are not BOTS, I expect to see some common sense in exceptional cases like this. The service light never came on, the car has only done 5000 miles as opposed to 18000 allowance, even the inspector said, the car was in a showroom condition, and it's not something he often sees, The contract values mileage at £0.08 per mile for any excess. By returning the car 12,661 miles under the allowance, I have provided them with an asset worth approximately £1,012.88 more in value (12,661 miles x £0.08) than they were contractually entitled to expect. It is commercially unreasonable to accept this significant financial gain while simultaneously applying a penalty. Also, have you seen the reviews for Mobilize FS, there isn't a single good review. You are damaging your company's reputation by working with them!

The website was clear and upfront about costs. The quotation was the same as the website even though the details I wanted were quite complicated.
Sanj was my contact at Synergy and he was always prepared to go the extra mile. Very patient and clear, nothing was too much trouble. Charming and personable, he was never pushy and always dealt with calls and emails by return.
They kept me updated all along the way and were flexible about delivery dates.
I'm delighted with my car and would certainly recommend Sanj and Synergy.

Th engagement from the company was good, my only issue is that I have been asking for details of a camera installation and this is still outstanding
