Simple process, good communication. Working with Tara is a delight

This is my second time with Senior Account Manager Jonathan Kyle and my experiences was as good as the first time. Mr Kyle was very helpful with outlining all the options available to me, gave me excellent advice and helped all the way until the vehicle was delivered on time. I would very much recommend him as a contact at Synergy.

Forensic inspection carried out by three men in high vis jackets outside my house at the end of the lease, they expect a brand new car to be returned not a four year old one! Alleged a service was missed, when it actually had an extra one done during the duration of the lease. Sent a huge bill, despite the car being immaculate.
Would definitely not recommend.

Synergy were responsive and helpful. Tom, as my point of contact, was available to answer queries and and was clear in his communication. Would happily return to Synergy for any new lease.

Sanj, was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was spot on and there were no false promises and last minute changes at all. Everything that was agreed was seen through and I cannot fault one tiny thing throughout the whole process. We are so happy with our cars and look forward to touching base in a couple of years to start again!
