I wasn’t expecting much when we first tried Synergy Direct, but they’ve done a good job. The lead quality has been steady, and the customer service is on point.

Synergy Direct Solutions is run by a Kyle who uses retaliatory practices when someone posts a negative review about his business. I purchased a list of leads from him with email addresses. Most of the email addresses did not deliver and were not tested properly as he described. When I posted a negative review about the service, he started to threaten to retaliate by posting fake reviews. And he even hosts a webpage where he will post fake reviews on for your business if you simply criticize his bad quality of work.

It has been over six months since I started working with Kyle. He always delievers on what he says and his leads are amazing they have changed my business! He took the time to identify my company's needs and provided a direct and honest approach in an industry that is filled with below-board operators. I've been working his live transfer working capital leads, and although they are expensive, they are the highest quality leads that I have worked in my decade + of financial services. Every live transfer that I have taken has been with an eager, qualified business owner ready to take an application and get started. There are two approaches to purchasing leads; quality or quantity. Your success and happiness is worth the extra money.

Over a two week period I tried multiple vendors for live transfers. Synergy was the only one that consistently put me on the phone with someone who had general interest in what I was offering but actually had the time and means to do something. A lot of companies are over promising. Kyle and his team were right on with their service. I will be placing a lot more orders with them as my business grows.
