My order was complete, correct and on time.

Item was rare… keyboard was like new one it was installed. Thank you.

I was sent the wrong part. And the owner insisted on arguing with me about the order instead of attempting to fix it. I even sent him a screen shot of the checkout page and he still insisted he was right and I was wrong. I may never shop again from this site.

Good service & quality

The Things I ordered are good.
Everything with order and deliver was fine.
The only akward is the delivering from Israel to Germany in cause of the customs.

I ordered two knobs that were advertised as fitting the Nord Electro 6D keyboard. They did not fit - they look similar from the top, but had a different base. Since the first order took about a month to arrive (it was shipped to the US from another country) I didn't bother to try to return it.

It may be a national issue, but shipping takes too long.
I purchased a switch knob, but it is a different size from the original. It seems to be non-genuine.The price is also too high.
The support is unfriendly and it took so long that when I tried to cancel, they refused, saying I should read the disclaimer carefully.

The part I ordered did not work with the equipment I needed it for and was entirely misleading. When I asked for a refund or an adaptor that would work I was ignored. My understanding is this is not a real business. The part also took over a month to arrive.

My part came in a timely manner and fit perfectly.

I got the part I needed and it works very well, but, it took a long time to arrive for me. I didn't realize until a couple days later that it was coming from Israel to Canada. That's the only problem I had. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Overall a good experience and a decent ship time from Israel to USA. Priced right, I found this replacement part for my keyboard which no one else had. They are responsive for enquiries. I wish there was a phone number to call.
