As others have mentioned, receiving any kind of communication from them is impossible. I emailed them asking to cancel my order. The initial order email said it would be shipped out in 3 to 5 days, and 10 days later, it finally shipped out. This was after I emailed them. They never responded to the email, but miraculously now my shirt is being shipped. I would recommend buying from anywhere else. They're not worth the time nor money.

My daughter ordered a Triumph TR8 hat for me for my birthday recently and got the size wrong. I sent several emails and called and left voicemails but no one bothered to respond in any way. I can't wear the hat because it is too small. Waste of $30 and waste of time. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered a T-shirt and never received it. Nobody picks up at their customer service phone number. Retrospecting, I should have checked these reviews to know that this is a scam company before ordering the item. I will be reporting this fraud and filing a credit card dispute to get my money back.

The company advertised a product. Took my money. No product has arrived & no communication through customer service. As far as I can tell they are nothing but a scam company.

I would have left a zero star if it was possible. The company took my money and gave nothing in return. They are a SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I ordered a hat and after 2 weeks I received an email that my order was completed. I sent several emails asking when it would ship with no reply. I also called several times and left voicemail with no reply. Fortunately I got my money back after disputing the charge through Cashapp.

I Ordered a hat in December and it is mid Jan and no hat no response to email. I think it is a scam.

I had issues in the past with this company stealing by digital copying my artwork from sites I sell on and they are currently doing it again. I pity anyone who does business with this site.

Tried to order a hat there for my favorite band and after tracking my order it was permanently put on hold. These people are scam artists. Customer service number? Not real. Emails? Not real or not read. Save yourself the money and grief because even the people that do receive their orders get a shoddy print on a cheap material with a premium price tag. Go anywhere else unless you want to throw your money away

DON’T BUY from this website !!! They sell cheap knock-off garbage that is NOTHING like images or descriptions on their site. I ordered a hat; was supposed to be a black hat with a red and blue embroidered patch sewn on the front. Price was $34.00 before shipping. Hat was black but “ patch “ was not even a patch at all. It was a cheap iron-on , silkscreen type thing. The bright red portion was actually a dull maroon shade and the royal blue section was a pale light blue. Box arrived with NO packing slip or receipt. Nothing but the hat. After repeated emails to find out how to return this piece of junk, none were answered, so I decided to just take my loss and keep it. I decided to leave this review on their website to warn people but that was impossible. I finally got a response from them on how to leave feedback but their instructions never worked. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
