Azienda telefonica OPTIMA ho fatto il contratto con optima very mobile e ho visto che mi hanno preso €.0.90 centesimi sul mio credito ho chiamato il centro assistenza clienti optima e mi hanno detto che ho il servizio segreteria e a pagamento !!! Ma nel contratto optima io ho le chiamate illimitati perché non hanno fatto pagare la chiamata segreteria non c'è trasparenza !! E non ho neanche fatto un mese dal contratto ho mantenuto richiesta ena chiarimenti ma nessuno mi ha risposto!!!

The shipping took ages and the t-shirt was low end average - definitely not worth the full price I would be charged after the trail shipment in my opinion. Can’t cancel online, no response to emails. They responded on instagram just to say that someone will respond to my email however I still had no response. Already filed a complaint with my bank to stop future payment.

1: ‘free trial’ was impossible to cancel. I ended up having to ask my bank to block t-post from making any further transactions.

2: the T-shirt itself had a cool design, but the blank is cut like a dress and looks horrific.

Absolute scam artists. These positive reviews are fake. They take money and post nothing. They do not reply to email and deliver nothing. If you want to spend money for nothing I'm more than happy to do that for half of what they are charging so send cash to me and I'll make sure to spend it on beer. I hope everyone that works for them always have hot pillows and 1 ply toilet roll for the rest of their conning scumbag lives!

The staff are very accommodating. The package came in secured and well-delivered. They update me where the parcel is and they loop back with important updates. It's really nice making business with you.

All these reviews are fake, contacted customer support about never receiving and they said theyd moved factory, sure thing buddy youd think they would tell cutomers that, pain in the @ss to cancel

I loved this t-shirt 😍

Since I saw it I loved it, but when I put it on it was even better. The material is of super good quality, comfortable and feels light on the body. The design is beautiful, combines with everything and elevates any outfit effortlessly.

It's definitely a piece that I would use a thousand times 👕✨

I just received my T-post t-shirts and the quality is great.
My favourite one is the SORRy/NOt sorry one as the design is simple and modern at the same time.
Each piece is beautifully made, with premium fabric that feels soft but strong.
I’m really happy with this purchase and highly recommend T-post to anyone who loves comfort, originality, and a little story in every shirt. ✨

I love my T-Post shirts; the concept of wearing a magazine, I was sold! Then the shirt is comfortable and made of quality fabric. I’ve had one for years, and after wear + wash, it still feels and looks new!

Like many other negative reviews, I was drawn in by the “free trial” shirt, polished social media, and the assurance of positive reviews.

The free shirt never arrived, and the tracking shows it was never collected by the courier. You can’t cancel the trial online or even update payment details until the first shirt is marked as delivered, which effectively traps you. I anticipate this is all by design.

Customer service was slow and unhelpful. It took four emails to get a response which, ignoring the fact that this could be swiftly disproven by clicking their own tracking link, was to advise the shirt was in transit and that my subscription payments would be cancelled. They attempted to charge my card less than 48 hours later.

The only reason I wasn’t charged £40 is because I had already blocked the merchant in Monzo.

I’d strongly recommend avoiding this. What initially seemed like a good idea turned into unnecessary hassle and frustration.

This is a SCAM- signed up for a "free trial" (just pay postage) charged multiple times for postage and item never arrived.

Tried to cancel but was repeatedly given the message that I was "still in the free trial period", charged the full fee (whilst still receiving the " in the free trial period" message)

Have now emailed requesting cancellation and refund for non-delivery.

I probably should have known better than to trust an instagram advert!

Scam company.

No tshirts get sent out. Will be seeking legal advice and will be changing my account so no more money is taken.

I’ve cancelled my subscription and they still took money from my account.

I contacted the customer support and they told me they already cancelled my subscription. I’ve sent a screenshot as proof, but no one came back to me.

Scam, 1 star only because 0 is not possible.

What I experienced is, in every sense, a scam.

I was charged money for months without receiving any product at all.
In the same month, I was charged multiple times (€37 x 3), and this happened for several consecutive months, with no service and no delivery.

The total amount taken from me is €999.

I never received the products.
I never received any service.
And to this day, my money has NOT been refunded.

The most disturbing part is that the charges would have continued indefinitely if I hadn’t noticed and manually blocked the payment authorization myself. There was no transparency, no safeguards, and no customer protection.

I contacted the company multiple times, but they are not providing real answers and are keeping the money, leaving the customer completely unprotected.

I am writing this review to warn others:
there is a real risk of being charged hundreds of euros and receiving absolutely nothing.

If I could, I would give zero stars.

Avoid T-POST the way you avoid a pothole on the highway.

I paid for a full-year subscription, and in twelve months I received one single T-shirt. That’s it.
Everything else has been empty promises, copy-and-paste replies, and completely fake tracking links showing “Pickup Scheduled” with no real shipment behind them.
It’s a straight-up deception, nothing less.

I’ve been contacting customer support for three months, and the result has been absolutely nothing.
Same vague replies, same generic excuses, no transparency, no effort to actually fix the problem.
They simply have not shipped what I paid for, and they try to hide it behind useless tracking links.

Transparency: nonexistent.
Professionalism: nonexistent.
Reliability: nonexistent.
And the worst part? Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern.

After this farce, I have already initiated legal action to recover the money I paid for a service that was never delivered.

T-POST has been my worst choice of 2025:
a great concept packaged by a company that doesn’t even meet the basic standards of commerce.

Absolutely not recommended.

The garment quality is great it feels great to wear too.
The printing quality is exelent, im really happy to have aquired something from this brand and am able to experience such a high quality t-shirt.

I signed up for a free trial. Never received a t-shirt and they started charging me without my consent more than twice in a month. They’ve charged me €79 and never sent anything. Scam. Absolutely horrible experience. Their customer service was also useless and just threw me around. [edit: no results from the caring response to my review here]
