Final product was excellent! Customer service was kind, fast and very efficient! The people who helped me exemplified what good customer care should be. Will definitely purchase more from this company again in the future! :D

Customer service states they are online when you use the chat, however the customer service is in another country and it takes a day to respond. So my issue took 4 days to "resolve" (and the resolution was pathetic). I purchased over 70 dollars in Squishies and two arrived damaged. Because I took pictures of them out of the box and not in the package they only offered a $3 dollar refund. They stated my product looked used and they are soooo sticky, just by taking them out of the package they immediately get dust and hair in them. I informed customer service and they said sorry and increased the refund to $6. Absolutely unacceptable. These are NOT as advertised and absolutely not worth the money. I purchased these for my son's birthday because that was the one gift he received. Complete waste of money. Buyer beware- DO NOT PURCHASE.

I baught an axolotl and a piggy squishy for my daughter for Christmas, she has only just got them out to play with and oddly they’re coming apart! The eyes and nose come off the piggy and the gills and eyes have come off the axolotl! My daughter has hardly touched them! Seen as they’re meant to be touched and squeezed I’m pretty sure this shouldn’t happen and they should be durable! I wouldn’t usually bother writing a review but they cost quite a bit of money for what they are and there’s no point in me contacting customer service because I brought them in October/November last year and I doubt they will do anything about it now.

I ordered 2 taba squishy for my daughter for Christmas, she obviously opened them on Christmas day, she had a penguin an ginger bread man. The took the penguin out of the packet an straight away the eye fell off, she was upset about this an she barely touched it.
I've emailed taba squishy an told them but because it's been 31 days since I ordered they can't do a refund or exchange which I think is really bad considering its Christmas.
I wouldn't bother buying taba squishy as they are expensive, not good quality, an customer service aren't good.

Would give zero stars if I could. Quality is like something from Temu or Ali Express. A “bling bling” turtle’s head stayed in the package when my granddaughter tried to remove it. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the turtle. Then, a few minutes later, they rescinded that offer and offered me a 15 percent discount for my next order. Needless to say, there won’t be a next order. Terrible product, terrible service, terrible company. Stay away!

Extremely poor customer service - beware before you buy from Tabasquishy!
My parcel never arrived because of an issue with Aramex courier, and when I contacted Tabasquishy support, they completely ignored my problem. They didn’t take any responsibility, didn’t follow up with the courier, and didn’t even try to replace the missing product. Instead, they just avoided all communication and acted like it wasn’t their concern.

A genuine company would at least investigate or offer a replacement, but Tabasquishy did nothing. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering - once they get your money, they stop caring about you or your issue.

I expected professionalism and honesty, but all I got was silence. Until they replace my order and start treating customers with respect, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered £50 worth of items for my daughter as a Christmas present for this year. The box this item has been delivered in is aahed beyond recognition. This can not be given as a gift. Its delivered in what "should" be a very nice purple presentation box, but with no brown shipper. So the box just gets damaged in transit. Mine has soaking wet as the plastic wrapper around it had ripped.. and the damage left some of the toys exposed. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it and they said no. Really really poor experience. Especially from the supplier direct. I would 100% avoid and be absolutely aware that if these items are for Christmas.. they are going to be loose and in a damaged box.. and in no way presentable to a child. You may as well get the knock off version from other sites.

I'm a mom of two, and I just have to say—these toys are amazing! The quality is outstanding, and you can really tell how much care went into making them. My kids absolutely love them… and to be honest, so do I! They're just too adorable to resist. They just bring this unexpected little spark of happiness to our home!

I never review, but I had to give a thumbs up to tabasquishy. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but Tabasquishy totally exceeded my expectations. The texture is super soft and satisfying - not sticky, not dry - just perfect! My kids (and myself, to be honest 😅) couldn't stop playing with it. It helps you relax after a busy day. Plus, the packaging is super cute and the delivery was super fast. I will definitely buy this again!

Ordered 4 tabasquishy, 3 were damaged. As these were a gift they were not opened for about 14 days. Tabasquishy just wrote it off as they said it exceeded their time for review. For what they cost and the fact they describe them as high quality these were not good at all. My daughter was so disappointed. Also they say you should play in the packaging what fun is that for a child.

Terrible product! Fell apart after one play. Quality is not the best. When I provided feedback they stated they can’t do anything about it as it’s not in the ziplock bag??

Within minutes of my 10 year old daughter playing with her two Taba Squishys they started to break off. When I complained I was told that they couldn't replace them or refund me because 'they had been removed from their original packaging' 🙄. So only buy them if you don't plan on using them.

Terrible! Waited 10 days for delivery, and the thing fell apart immediately. I got in touch with them to complain and they said,

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we need to assess the specific situation based on product images. Additionally, as mentioned in your email, your daughter has been using the product for several days already. In accordance with our policy, we're unable to provide compensation in such cases. We truly appreciate your understanding.”

The product was miss sold, is not worth the £23 paid as it falls apart instantly,

As a dad of 3, the tabasquishy craze has been unavoidable. One of my daughters asked if she could get one as she still had xmas money left and is careful what she spends it on. I checked here first as I wasn't sure if it was legit, and didn't see any reviews so was a little concerned. We are in UK. We ordered 4 tabas (buy 3 get one free) late on Friday 7th Feb and they arrived yesterday 15th Feb delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery tracking didn't really exist to be honest but they came from China I think and to me that is a perfectly acceptable service as long as you're prepared that it isn't going to be overnight. They are in much better shape than I am after a long-haul flight.

I'm the type of person that thinks if you're going to buy something then it may as well be the genuine article and I'm reliably told these are like nothing they've had before and must be the real thing. The products are great, genuine, well packed, came with some charms and are overall lovely, even got a flocked one for myself and he's going to be a huge help reviewing my work for me and helping me de-stress when I'm stuck on something tricky.

They are a lot of money really for a squish toy but are a good size and have some weight to them, there must be a decent amount of raw material go into them and labour to make, check, pack and ship them. No quality control issues here and no regrets.
