absolutely shocking customer service. Under FCA rules, tabeo is obliged to provide a human to human contact telephone number which has been cut off.
It is nearly impossible to resolve some account problems by e mail. Having to deal with computer generated responses is completely unacceptable

I spoke with an agent called Penny. Great customer service, always told me what was going on and kept me in the loop.

I was charged after I already cleared the loan. I then had to send an email instead of communicating over the phone to then be told it was an error and I will get a refund in 10 WORKING DAYS. Completely unacceptable

Kept taking money from my account even though the item was never received and then the company went under the next month anyway. Constantly filling out forms for them but still didn’t stop taking payments from my account
