I really only heard about Tabernanthe mannii a few months ago, but I've always been interested in plants and their properties so decided to give this gentle tincture a try, especially as the reviews are so overwhelmingly positive.
My experience so far has been illuminating and subtle. T. mannii has been helpful in shaking my alcohol dependence, to the point where I don't feel like drinking anymore. My trigger for alcohol consumption has always been either stressful situations or social anxiety, I'm finding now that i have a desire to shift this emotional need to numb myself, and, instead I'm delving into inner child work and shadow self work.
It's early days yet for me but I'm sure I'll be using the tincture for awhile to continue to support my emotional development.

I would just like to share some of my experiences from my first bottle..

One of the first doses it actually felt pretty strong but perhaps I’ve become more used to it now.

I’ve had a lot of great experiences from micro dosing and have found mannii to be much more subtle but looking back it seems to have been better than I first realised so I’m keen to try another bottle.

At first, I experienced some more vivid dreams and so much better recall than normal.

I felt more switched on and calm at work, less nervous in front of larger groups of people.

Perhaps more in touch with my feelings, honest, open and emotionally stable.

I feel like everything goes my way! This could be microdoses in general-such as getting all the green lights cycling to work!.. and managing to somehow select great music soundtracks without trying..

There’s been times when I haven’t really felt like an alcoholic drink or choose not to have a big boozy night out.
And the alcohol might taste less good..
It’s a step in the right direction but obviously takes a lot to cut out alcohol altogether.
But all of a sudden I feel repulsed by alcohol.
A Andrew Huberman podcast may have also played it’s part too but it’s a small price to pay if the cost of a bottle can help curb a bad habit/addiction.

Along with this I’m less likely to waste time online, have better sleep, productivity, more compassionate to others etc etc

I’m sure all these things can’t be just coincidences!

I’m still trying to find my sweet spot but perhaps it’s about 10-12 drops.
But I also hear less can be more effective.
Perhaps I don’t need it before bed but maybe just 1-2 drops could be worthwhile.

Being a sporty guy and running marathons I’m interested in the connection it might have to assisting endurance.
I heard it was initially banned because of sportspeople!

I still am keen to experiment more, such as if the effects carry over into the second day and if leaving under the tongue for a while is more effective.

So overall I feel I have a better mood and perhaps I’m nicer to people important to me.
So wondering how my observations compare to others.
And is it common to take a number of weeks to start feeling the full effects-perhaps about 6-8 weeks? Which it has been for me..
I’m keen as mustard for more positive effects to keep snowballing!

I know $120 is good value when it can last a few months ant least and the improvements it can make and it’s easy to blow that much on alcohol in much less time anyway!

Undoubtedly, the customer experience provided by this company is unparalleled on the internet. They are excellent at communication, proactively addressing any issues, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. Furthermore, their products are top-notch, having tried the Manni and will continue to do so as long as my finances allow.

If you’re like I was, you are probably wondering what this product is. I first assumed it would be like an herbal medicine, something to boost my physical energy and perhaps give me a little mental clarity. Also, given my background research on the actual root, I thought this could be a knock-off version so I was basically hesitant.

So now, after a month of taking it, I will share with you my experience. Right off, you can take my honest and deep appreciation in one line, “Having the drops in my life has been a godsend.”

Over my younger years, I tried many many different “alternative medicines”, and I had a wide range of personal transformations from those. This is similarly positive but finely different.

Prior to taking my first, small dose of 3-4 drops (at night), I figured I might just feel good and fall asleep soon. As I prepared for bed, my mind shot open in a meaningful reflective state. I would usually just go over things I had done during the day while cleaning up and winding down. Instead, I found me thinking about “me”. Things like, “how do you push yourself like this?”, “look at your true essence and path” and other deeper reflections over some years of life and struggle.

Some people report a sort of energetic buzz that stimulates layers of emotion. I can’t call it that but I understand their thinking or feeling. For me, it starts with a reinvigorating mind and soon triggers emotion. But I am receptive and meditate with it. I breathe in and enjoy each moment of my day or night, especially to have the personal insights I mentioned above.

This medicine was truly astonishing to me, Looking back on my experience with just one bottle over the course of a month feelw almost romantic. How it worked so Subtlely yet so powerfully to reduce my anxiety, lift my spirits, and be by my side as I made better choices for myself and in my life.

I described to a friend as I didn't feel like it was the "answer" or "solution" but a genuine ally and friend rooting me on as I made decisions for my self to get out of old patterns. I.e. smoke tobacco, scroll mindlessly on my phone, etc.

I have been using Tabernanthe Mannii in and off for a few years now.
It is my go to routine in the morning which keeps me “level”. I have taken between 5 and 15 drops, and my sweet spot is 7 drops. Once I finish a bottle, I have a break for a week or two. This is how I know it works. During stressful periods it has helped me. In the beginning I took a lot more to see how it works, and had some amazing helpful revelations and dreams. I have since reduced the dose for maintenance with this plant medicine. I have also worked with CBD, THC and psilocybin drops, but the Tabernanthe Mannii works for me.

On day 3 so far and already feeling a difference. Lightness of mood, clear mind, a gentle energy boost consistently so far. Day one was 1 drop, day 2 three drops and on day 3 I am up to five. Smooth sailing so far but will probably increase up to 15 based on my goals and process.

Scam Sensors on high for this one! I think it's fake, but just a gut feeling. I posted some comments on the Facebook page of this business, after they advertised to me, asking why they were hiding half the comments on the page, and only leaving the best reviews? I mentioned that transparency would encourage trust but their heavy censorship of the comments makes me wonder what they are hiding. The manager of the page defended themselves saying "look at our trust pilot! How could you fabricate that?" So I said yes 10 5 star reviews from fake accounts is something that could be arranged in probably 2 hours. Then they blocked me. I was thinking about buying the tincture, but if they are unable to communicate and prove they are trustworthy, this leaves me to believe they are a scam, or schill at best. They only want business from those with blind faith: those who trust this white guy in a panama hat at a resort to sell them a sacred endangered African indigenous plant with cultural significance over Whatsapp. Everything about it screams scam. I believe they are taking advantage of addicts, and people otherwise vulnerable and desperate, and I believe this guy is going to a special place in hell. I don't even believe in hell, but businesses like this renew my faith

See they are belittling me by calling me "bro" and being emotionally defensive yet with no substantial or valid claims to legitimize the business. also because I asked these important questions on their business page I am a "jilted social media commentator?" I rarely use social media, was asking the questions because I would not blindly send $ overseas without first having some trust established. If anything, someone with such a low emotional intelligence is not a trustworthy healer, nor a safe business associate. You haven't only tried to insult me, you displayed your condescending attitude here for all trust pilot visitors to read for themselves

I have been taking the drops for the past week now. Just one a day to begin with and slowly worked up to 10 drops a day. For me it has been greatly helpful to break habits I wanted to get rid of but was finding hard to shift, I have reduced intake of alcohol, sugary foods and caffeine which was made much easier by taking the drops. I have also found myself with more energy in the evening which has been great too.

I am currently a week into my microdosing schedule. I started with three drops, then eight, then ten, then eight, now I'm fairly set in at five per day.

I do have experience with iboga. My experience with a flood dose a decade ago was extremely harrowing and I am surprised I ever got the nerve to try manii as a result. I am so pleased that I did.

I am noticing how patterns of addictions of all kinds present in my psyche and I am being given the option to indulge them or not. I am not talking about severe drug addiction, but rather addictions that we don't even realize are addictions. Maybe maladaptations would be a better term for it. Old psychic armour that helped us as children that no longer serves. In my case, the maladaptation is in relation to the feminine and my own boundaries.

I have somewhat extensive psychedelic experience but this is probably the most grounded I have ever felt. You can get pretty 'far out' in terms of thinking when you use psychedelics. With this one I've found that I am far more attentive to what's going on with me right now. It is one of the more useful experiences for day to day life that I've encountered. In the end, it doesn't matter to contemplate divinity and the universe and all of the lofty philosophical things that come up with psychedelics if your life is in shambles. My life certainly has not been in dire straits but I have had issues with boundaries, particularly in my relationships with women, that are most certainly being helped by this. Aside from boundary work, I have noticed improved focus and clarity. I notice how my mind is 'addicted' to pathways that lead to self-judgment and fear and how part of that is my own choice to go down those roads internally. And I don't have to choose to go down them - I've been down them so many times. We're all operating on outdated stories and what matters is right now and the choices we make today. I have a child and her wellbeing depends on mine. Manii microdosing is helping me put her first and stop giving in to distractions within my own psyche.

When I came across tabernanthe.com on FB I didn't hesitate to order a bottle of the extract given my previous experience with Ibogaine. It's been just over a month since I've been using the extract and for me it's one of the most powerful plant medicines available and has enabled me to not only peel back layers of self-delusion but to take actions to effect change. So, yes, I highly recommend using manii but must add that we are all unique individuals and results will of course vary. For me, the risk/reward makes it a no brainer; one bottle of extract is less than the cost of a therapy session.
