Never delivered on order. One time order triggered a hidden subscription that cost me $75 + over time with no benefits. Total rip-off.

I ordered military decals for my Husband and my Son. Back in August 2026. I never received anything and they keep charging my bank account. It was to be a one time purchase.

I made a purchase a couple months ago and received it just fine. Then the next thing I see is a charge on my credit card for apparently a membership that I accidentally signed up for. I contacted them to cancel it and they acknowledged the cancellation. My card was compromised with an unknown charge and I blocked it and my card was closed and a new one was issued. I logged into my account and saw the canceled card so I placed a lock on it. I received a text alert that FX Tactical Brotherhood tried to charge another higher fee which was declined this time. Maybe they'll get the message now.

I signed up for membership only, I keep getting built $24.99 so far they took it out twice. I'm having trouble getting through to them. Deducted payment Aug 5 and September 2nd through PayPal

We all need to get together and file a class action suit or whatever. The guy who owns Tactical Brotherhood is a criminal. Since the so-called company deals in every state, cannot a Federal agency bring charges against him?
The address he uses is a UPS drop box. He belongs in prison!

if there was a lower rating that one star - like a -10 star this company would rate it. They are a scam - targeting veterans. Purchased stickers as a one time purchase and have been getting charged every month since. Well over $125.00 they have scammed from me alone.

I wish there was a recourse to collect my money back.

I tried calling over 20 times and keep getting put on hold then disconnected.

Total scam! I filed dispute with my cc company. They said they have received multiple complaints. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I got screwed out of over $100 Phony “subscription” charges etc.
my CC company is fighting them. Sites customer service number is bogus too

As many others have said, this site is a scam. I was enrolled in a recurring membership without any notice or request. Customer service is non-existent. This is a borderline criminal operation.

This so-called "tactical brotherhood" demands a $21.95 cancellation fee to stop membership. If you don't pay they will keep billing you card and you receive nothing in return. The so-called decals they send are way over priced. I had to contact my bank to stop payment. They have a phone number but calls were never answered. TOM MITCHELL, Cleveland, TN.

Very difficult tried canceling for months just keep stealing money

If I could give them -0 I would. What a rip off paid for stickers and a T-Shirt and never received either. They took $24.95 a month for the last five months before I caught it still never got stupid sticker. The he.. with the these people and don’t buy anything.

I too agree that Tactical Brotherhood does not stand up to the name. They are deceitful in their sales practices. Not being clear in the fact that if your buy you are then committed to monthly charges. You can not reach anyone and they make it difficult to cancel. Buyer beware. its no wonder they have a complete 1 star rating

Total Scam. We did not receive the only thing we thought we purchased. Then we were charged $89.99 for a membership we did not realize we had. Then we are charged $24.99 per month to support veterans. I have no beef supporting veterans, but I guarantee, they do not see a penny of this. Paid $21.95 for cancellation fee and now I think they subscribed me to Unsubby for $7.95 per mo which i never heard of. Tried to cancel that and got the total run around.

Having a hard time canceling the monthly membership that I didn't know that I had. Tried to cancel but was only able to delay???

Wow, I read a number of negative reviews and they are all exactly what I have experienced. Ordered a sticker and a T-Shirt. Got the T-Shirt but never saw the sticker. I wrote them to inquire and they responded the sticker comes from a third party. Waited a couple of weeks and nothing - so I wrote them again and have experienced crickets from them after writing 3 different times. Zero on customer support and I do believe they are a scam.... You would think someone trying to run an honorable business would be all over negative reviews - but I think they depend on new unsuspecting lambs to the slaughter and are willing to walk away and ignore their obvious failure of operating with good business practice. Plenty of suckers for them to feed on - but what goes around comes around. They won't last as all of this will catch up soon enough!

They'll call you lazy cuz you dont wanna pay like $10 for some stupid sticker. I have email proof of them calling me lazy while calling themselves hard working Americans.

These boys need to be reported to the Veterans Association as frauds. I am embarrassed to admit they have stolen over $450.00 from us.

Company will keep charging your PayPal over and over for unsolicited subscriptions and they failed to send my original order. Customer service is non existent and if you e-mail them, they will block you.
They are scammers and thieves using empathy for Veterans as their hook. Run away.

I ordered three stickers. It took an extreme amount of time to get them. They continue to charge a monthly fee to my credit card.
These people are Shysters!!
Save your time and money and don't do business with them...EVER.
