Purchased 4 long sleeve SPF golf…

Purchased 4 long sleeve SPF golf shirts. Reviewed the size chart and ordered a larger size than I normally would. Upon receipt, the sleeves were still too short and I requested a refund in exchange for my return. FYI, on my order was a charge of $2.49, my worry-free purchase guarantee. When I requested the return info I was told they would give me a 30% refund. When I called this ridiculous, they offered a 50% refund. What kind of company is this? All responses are sent via a translation app in their email program. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Worst company for returns

Worst company for returns even with Amazon prime. Charge for returning all the way to China and then when complain try to bargain. Should be removed from Amazon until smarten up.

Satisfied customer

Have ordered Tacvasen clothing several times. Have now ordered 5 pairs of pants and 5 pairs of shorts. Am replacing most of my heavy jeans with these great looking, lightweight pants and I plan on ordering more. I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. and was worried about size and length but the size 36 pants were perfect. (I wear 36/34 jeans) Sometimes orders take a while to arrive but always recd. them. Recommend their products.

TOTAL SCAMMING DISHONEST COMPANY!!! DON"T EVER TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING (TACVASEN) - I ordered 12 pairs of pants and none of them matched their size chart at all and they played games and lied about any possible detail to try to refuse a return which was my legal right. I would suggest never buying anything from them as they are truly evil greedy people who will say anything to prevent you from returning their trash.

Tacvasen is Horrible

Tacvasen is Horrible. Cheap Chinese product. I ordered a 2 x for a gift, they sent a small. I check the size before ordering (because it was a gift). These sizes are on the opposite ends of the size chart- no way it was a mistake on my end. They insisted i ordered a small.
Their return policy:
"To exchange the product, please return it and we will resend the product as you requested after we receive and check the returned parcel.
Please ensure the hang tag, product, and packing remain intact when return.
Customers should pay for the return shipping fee for products that are not defective (non-quality issues). Thanks for your understanding.
Here is the Return Address (please write all the below address information exactly, otherwise the parcel could be discarded.):
Online Seller RMA, 2125 Gateway Blvd #40037864, Hebron, Kentucky 41048, US. Please fill in the above address accurately (especially #40037864) otherwise the parcel is discarded which will result in us not being able to give you an exchange or refund.
Please send us the tracking number of the return parcel, which is the only way for us to recognize your parcel.
Notice: Please email us the return shipping number, return shipping label and pictures of the returned product promptly after you send the package, otherwise we cannot process the return."

Sounds like several built in excuse for "we didnt receive it" AND you have to pay to return their crap.
NOT RECOMMENDED_ STAY AWAY

Oh so warm.

We bought via Amazon uk.
We purchased lined track suit bottoms. They are really well made. Wash well but you cannot tumble dry them.
Not a problem as we purchased two pairs.
The only drawback back is that they are extremely long, and the body of them also.
But cannot complain as my husband says they are so warm and just what you need come winter in the UK.

They use a company called GOFO to deliver. They are disrespectful of peoples property and could care less is a pet is there way of entering your driveway!! On two separate occasions they came within inches of hitting my youngest dog if was my elderly dog he would have been run over. 😡😡

Ordered thru website

Ordered thru website. Literally shipped from China, took 17 days to arrive. Didn't fit, asked for refund. They offered 20% off to keep?! Said no, then had to pay for return shipping. 25 days later I still haven't received refund, my inquiries about it were unanswered. Fortunately I used PayPal and disputed charge today, got email with apology from Tacvasen 6 hours later with assurance I would receive refund. Sleezy company.

Do not buy from Tacvasen

Do not buy from Tacvasen!

I bought a pair of capri pants from tacvasen for my work. After 13 days I reached out because I did not get any information on shipping.

I got a reply that they actually were out of stock of the product and asked if i wanted to buy something else.

First of all, I shouldn't have to reach out on my end after 13 days to hear that a product is not in stock! They should have either not had the product for sale to begin with or instantly let me know proactively.

Then when I said I absolutely did not want something else - I wanted a refund...I have heard crickets for the last 2 days.

I have no trust for this company at all.
