Complete scam don't even go to…
Complete scam don't even go to presentation you don't get what they promise which was a $100 dining voucher week it's 25 a month for 4 month but you have to give your credit card scam all day long
So I went to a seminar this company put…
So I went to a seminar this company put on early July or late June. Was promised a vacation voucher for round trip tix and 2 night stay anywhere in the US. I also won a “free” 5 day 4 night cruise. I received my certificates and after paying around $500 for “taxes and fees” I was given a travel person to help book my trip. What was promised to be free for flight to LAX and stay at hotel for 1 night was going to cost me over $1100 on top of the original $500. I wrote a review on here and was immediately contacted by a really nice woman from this company who wanted to know what happened. She promised it was a mistake and she would get to the bottom of it as long as I deleted my review. I did and she promised that there are no additional charges on top of what the initial deposit was. So I deleted my review and got my money refunded. I asked her about the cruise and she promised there weren’t any additional charges on top of the deposit I make for that. So yesterday I decided to book the cruise, paid the deposit and got an email with the travel person contact so she could schedule my cruise. I live in FL so all I asked for was cruise out of Port Canaveral (which certificate said was one of the ports I could use) and in a Carnival Cruise which was also one of the cruise ships the certificate offered. I also said I was open to any dates in March or April except for last week in march. Got the info back for the cruise she picked for me and with no upgrades it was going to cost an additional $840 for me and my wife. I can get a Carnival Cruise myself for less than half that. I gave this company 2 chances, I’m not deleting this review this time. This company is a scam!!!!!
We went to an "Adventure and Travel…
We went to an "Adventure and Travel Showcase". The name "Taitam" was not mentioned in the invitation, so we could not review the company before attending. Taitam is the company selling the showcase. The offer started at $14,999 and went down to $3450.00 at the end of the "Showcase". It was a sell and close the same day deal. Vouchers for air travel and restaurants were included as an attendance incentive. We attended and decided it wasn't for us. They gave us another day to decide but we had to call to receive our vouchers. We were offered a special deal for $1950.00 when we called. We refused. The terms and conditions of the vouchers would cost us over $450.00. We were required to give a credit card before any vouchers could be activated. The airline tickets offered were for limited days of the week and times of year, and only certain destinations within the continental United States. The restaurant vouchers were for $200.00. They would send $25.00 per month for us to use. I guess we could go to McDonalds. Thank God we didn't sign up! It's a very large and very sad scam.
Our recent trip organized by TAITAM had…
Our recent trip organized by TAITAM had its ups and downs. The villa in Bali was charming, nestled amidst lush gardens with a serene atmosphere. However, we encountered maintenance issues with the hot water in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Additionally, the planned cultural tour was canceled unexpectedly, which disrupted our itinerary. Despite these challenges, TAITAM's customer service was quick to assist, offering us a complimentary spa treatment to make up for the inconvenience. While the trip had its flaws, TAITAM's dedication to resolving issues promptly was appreciated.
Luxury Travel Made Simple.
Planning a luxury vacation can be overwhelming but TAITAM a luxury it simple and enjoyable Their user friendly platform offers a wide range of high end resorts and unique vacation experiences I recently stayed at a stunning resort in Bali and booked an amazing guided historical to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction have made each of my vacations seamless and stress free highly recommend to anyone looking to travel in style.
Shady. Greedy. Shameful.
So, just read any or all of the negative reviews of this experience. It is exactly our experience. We received a mailing that was vague about what they provide - are they time-share?, are they resorts? It was unclear to us what was being offered. So, we decided to take part in a virtual presentation. The mailer provided that for attending, you would receive vouchers for restaurant, hotel, and air travel use.
There were three customers, and about six Taitam representatives on the Zoom call. It was clear to us early on that this was not for us. It did not suit our needs, as we travel differently than most, do not like cruises, do not like group tours, and do not like most of the activities and plush properties they were touting. There was not clear information provided. No question and answer session. It is conducted in a very unsettling way. It was not a comfortable atmosphere.
The email I received after the presentation was completely bogus. It asks you to reply "YES" to confirm that you have accepted the Vouchers as
full consideration for your attendance at the presentation by Taitam
Technology Vacations on this date. The rest of the email follows below.
"I/we understand the Vouchers, are provided by a 3rd party
provider/fulfillment center and are not part of the Platform. I do not
hold Taitam Technology Vacations, responsible for any
claims, losses, expirations, expenses or cancellations as a result of not
following registration instructions provided by the provider. Any
questions or comments regarding the Voucher should be directed to the

By replying YES to this email, I confirm, that I/we agree to adhere to
the terms and conditions of the 3rd party provider. I am responsible for
any taxes, activation/processing fees, and or charges that are applicable
and are required to activate and use my Voucher.
This reply serves as confirmation and or agreement of my/our acceptance
of the above terms of issuance of the Voucher.
Customer Relations
Ace Promotion"
Considering what every other negative review indicated about these "gifts" you receive by attending the presentation, I won't bother to act. It is a SCAM. I would venture to say that some or all of the positive reviews are fake, and the 5 million plus members they say they have is a lie. This ENTIRE experience reminds me of the bad 'ol days of time share scams. This is the same, just dressed differently. I would suggest that no one takes part in this.
Every time they respond to a negative review, it's the same. Same apology, same desire to correct any misunderstandings, same blame placed on a 3rd party, empty statements and words.
Presentation good, but deceptive on dining, hotel/air
The presentation was nice and the club is good for people who do lots of cruises and like to stay in very expensive hotels. The $200 in dining was disappointing. Did not offer TGI Friday, Black Angus Steakhouse or Bar Louie restaurants like they claim. Instead you have to pay $25 to active restaurants.com. Once Activated, they give you $25 coupon per month for 8 months. All the no-name brand restaurants require you to spend $20 to use a $10 coupon, $50 to use a $25 coupon etc. The airline/hotel was very limited. The deal cost $50 to activate, then another $199 per person to cover taxes and fees. For $450, we could book our own flight and hotels. Their letter is worded in such a way that you think you can take the airline voucher and hotel vouchers at different times. You can't. We feel their invitation letter is deceptive. They should be more honest about the gifts they are providing for their presentation. We would have come anyway but don't entice it with deception.

Beware of the scam
Beware of the scam. They tell you you get free airfare for two anywhere in the continental US, plus two free nights in a hotel and you only have to pay the taxes, but there's nothing free about what they give you to sit through one of their presentations. They also tell you that they will give $200 in cash vouchers to use on dining. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay a non-refundable $50 fee for the travel, plus another $200 PER PERSON "fee and taxes" to get the "free" airfare and hotel, and then the travel is restricted to only your geographic half of the Country with an 30 day advance ticket purchase. So it cost you $425 for the privilege of securing highly restrictive non-refundable "free" travel. On the restaurant vouchers, you also have to pay a fee to get the vouchers, and you can only use $25 per visit across 8 separate visits, and to use the vouchers, there are minimum purchase requirements. Further, the vouchers are restricted to restaurants that are struggling and have to use vouchers to fill their tables because people don't tend to want to dine in them in the first place. The value of their dining vouchers are ZERO sine you can get the same thing from restaurants.com. Their entire "free" stuff promise in nothing more than a scam for them to get you to sit through one of their lengthy and high pressure sales presentations. And at the end of their presentation, they want you to immediately fork over $12,000 to salespeople making unverified claims about how much they can save you on travel. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
UPDATE: See Taitam's response below. What a crock. If you read all of their responses, they are filled with predetermined pat statements. If they had any meaning at all, they would contact us and try to make things right. They only answer the negative comments in an effort to try to make it appear like they care about their potential customers so they can keep on scamming people. If they truly cared, they would try to make it right (which they've not once attempted to do), rather than to provide pat, meaningless responses. Ask yourself these questions: Was there anything in their response denying my assessment of how they operate? Was there anything in their responses denying any of what I posted? Was there any attempt to correct the deficiencies I stated about their false promises? If you wrote the same thing I wrote in the above review, would you be satisfied with their provided response? It was the only answer they've given to my review. They have not tried to call me, text me, or email me notwithstanding that they have all of my contact information. And if you were to write a similar review complaining of their false promises, you too wouldn't be contacted because they really don't care that they completely mislead people into sitting through one of their completely high pressure sales presentation. Again, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on these people. I wasted a Saturday afternoon on them and I regret it.

Disappointed overall!
We joined Taitam about a year ago.So far we are disappointed. Their cruise website has not worked in about 3 months. We paid a lot to join and we can get better hotel deals on booking.com. Their airline prices are often higher than thru the airlines.

In recent times
In recent times, I delved into Taitam Tech Vacations, drawn to its innovative take on traditional timeshares. While I found the approach intriguing and appreciated the unique features, I made the decision not to proceed with a purchase due to health considerations. Even through this particular opportunity isn't suitable for me at the moment, travel enthusiasts should definitely check out Taitam Tech Vacations for its fresh perspective and unique offerings.

Total scam.
We were told that we could purchase Gate 1 trips through Taitam. Like fools we believed them. They lie and tell potential customers anything they want to hear. They lie!
If you get a call/invite from Taitam, run away and don't give them a penny.

Major rip off!! Their “gifts” to attend will cost you over $400 and can only be used according to their schedule. Major disappointment and I’m very glad that I didn’t pony up the thousands of dollars to join. Sorry Zane, I wasted two hours of my life on your bait and switch operation!!

Went to a vacation show case for Taitam Technology vacations. The Deal was not for us, but they gave us our $200 promo.
Seriously you want me to tell you why I gave you 1 star.
You paid me $200 to take down my original review.
You opened this door by asking me this question,
Please do not call or reach out to me again.
I will gladly upload the email to clarify if you'd like!

TOTAL SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!! there is no indication on the "invitation" that Taitam is behind this push to sell "time share travel plans"... the mailed invite indicates that the offering groups are JetBlue, Southwest, and American.... after that all things are total bs... the $100. "voucher" for dining is actually FOUR separate (monthly!) payments of $25. into YOUR provided VISA card account!! the airline ticket vouchers are so full of restrictions and rules and hidden fees that no one in their right mind would accept them!! it would have COST my wife and i $450. out of pocket, paid to Taitam (NOT to the airlines) for "taxes and sundry fees"... these guys are total schiesters!!!
what a complete scam.... would cost me $450. to redeem these two flight vouchers, and then LIMITED flights due to only $999. limit on ticket costs, and then, must use as flight/hotel package, which increases the out of pocket cost to me as well
total scam, you should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to sucker interested folks into your bait and switch offer.....
online reviews gives taitam company POOR ratings for customer service and follow through and ease of use and those who canceled out after getting paperwork that described the limitations and nasty details of the "membership"... so, strike two for you
strike three: your presenter had a horrible style and presentation format... no one in their right mind would follow such an amateur presentation by spending money on that "product"

Tested Taitum thouroghly and they failed
I signed up feeling like it might be a scam (from the high pressure sales tactics to questionable "proof") but wanted to test it anyway. Since we already had a vacation pre-planned, prior to going to one of Taitum's sketchy hotel seminars, it was going to make the decision to cancel easier. Once I had access to TaitumTechnologies, I quickly searched and compared their prices to what I already searched for on other platforms (travelzoo/onekey/skiplagged/etc.) and found that they are most likely using another major travel platform (maybe expedia?) as "their" technology. I called them to cancel within the 3 day buyers remorse law, which they did refund successfully. However, they take quite a bit of my information and I had to return all their sales material in a packet to a P.O. box address located in Arizona. While it's not illegal to white label brands, what Taitum is doing to charge people upfront and gather extensive information on them, FOR SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY FREELY SOURCED ONLINE...is questionable at best, illegal at worst.

Please beware of the ‘free’ offers they promise when you go to a presentation! The redemption website charges you just to see what restaurants, cruises, or flights you can chose from! $50 fee to check out what four night cruises are available!

I'm s0 happy we found a one-stop travel shop! Now that vacations are more affordable, we can go more often or what l've always wanted to do: Go BiG!
Update
Update to last review. We finally got accepted to apply for our “free” cruise. The “free” cruise we were promised was only going to cost us $538.00! We checked the prices for 5 day cruises from Tampa which we chose, and they were ALL cheaper than that buying directly from cruise line. Please do not give these people any money. It’s all a SCAM. We got NOTHING promised from Taitam that wasn’t going to cost us.
Great in the beginning only!
They were great in the beginning only. Now they are so bad with customer service that I regret joining them. I wish I can get my money back. I almost miss my trip due to them not attending to my needs and you will be placed on hold for a very long time. They are a big liar too pretending to attend to you but not really. BEWARE!
Zane Salam works for the company and the post he did is all a lie. LIKE I SAID BEFORE - BEWARE!
