This provider offers great value for money, and the owner is fun too—what more could you ask for? Some time ago, due to certain issues, the host machine’s hard drive failed, affecting all instances on that node. The provider proactively offered compensation and handled the situation with a friendly attitude. Later, when performance proved insufficient after switching to RAID 5, they upgraded to RAID 10 today. The provider is continuously improving the user experience. In short: highly recommended!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a hosting/VPN provider. Server outages are constant, not occasional. All servers go down at the same time, services stop responding, and there is no proactive communication.

Once again, all three servers were completely down and unreachable. This is not an isolated incident — it happens regularly. Stability is the core requirement for this type of service, and it’s simply not there.

If you need a reliable service, avoid this provider. Downtime is frequent, unpredictable, and disruptive. I would not trust this service for any serious or long-term use.

update, they helped me manually to install OS so far so good...
