This is my first Rolex purchase. I wanted an exact watch. I went to the jewelry mart here in LA, and left with not a lot of confidence in the process. Mr. Takuya had the exact watch I wanted, answered all my questions promptly, helped with the payment process, and immediately sent the watch. I took it to the Rolex service center, and every point about the watch was verified exactly as claimed. Couldn't be happier!

This the second watch I purchase from Thanh (Takuya Watches). First one was a beautiful Explorer II black dial (full set) with a couple of years remaining on the warranty. This was around August 2016 and it was an easy and flawless transaction, although wiring a complete stranger $5,500 seemed crazy at the time.

Fast forward 7 years. Over the years I had been looking at and wanting a Submariner and kicking myself for not buying a BNIB model when I could get one on this forum for about $8k. This past Sunday night I logged on and took a peek at Takuya’s Rolex Boutique and saw a beautiful 43mm Rolex 50th Anniversary Sd43 126600 Sea Dweller. Wow, that thing was pretty. I emailed him an offer and received a response a few minutes later. Took me less than an hour to make up my mind and get back to him.

That same night Thanh got the shipping label set up and sent me a pic of the watch and accessories along with the shipping label. I did some checking on his latest reviews (here and Trust Pilot) and after confirming all seemed good, I took care of the wire transfer in the morning. Got a tracking number from Thanh less than 2 hours later after he confirmed my wire had gone through. This morning (Tuesday), I picked up my watch at FedEx. Unpacked it in the parking lot while sitting in my car and wore it to work. Stunning!

I was on the lookout initially to trade or sell my 40mm Explorer I. I saw Takuya watches via Chrono24 then redirected to his business website. Upon reading reviews, he had the most flawless of comments. Each individual that did business with him was very satisfied with the entire process. I emailed Takuya to which he responded relatively quickly. I then moved the conversation and questions about acquiring a Sprite GMT over to his phone number. Mr. Takuya is not only responsive, but very respectful and patient in answering all my questions. Not only was his customer service an A+, he was able to give an offer that was more than competitive compared to others. I traded my Batgirl GMT for a Sprite GMT lefty plus $ on top. I told Mr. Takuya that my Batgirl possibly came short in links and fit a bit snug on my wrist. He went above and beyond and said to try the Sprite on upon initially acquiring as he had added an additional link free of charge; if by any means it was on the tighter side still, he would send an additional link again free of charge. As soon as I made partial payment through Zelle (has a daily limit), he sent the watch for overnight delivery, trusting me by saying I can just send the remainder of $ the next day due to the daily limit. I did my part and sent him confirmation pics of my Zelle transactions etc… to keep him in the loop.

I’ve traded and bought a lot of watches over the years and I can easily say that Mr. Takuya is the best watch dealer I have worked with. Communication, professionalism, patience, adaptability, packaging etc… all of which are at an exceptional standard.
