When I arrived in Berlin I signed up to Taledo along with two other recruitment agencies, without expecting much of an outcome. This was true for two out of three, but Taledo went above and beyond my hopes. I was quickly matched with a great position that I was well qualified for, coached through the interview process, and received friendly follow-up calls from the same consultant after each interaction. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die einem bei Fragen helfen und gute, ausführliche Interviews durchführen. Alle Vorschläge waren sinnvoll und haben grundsätzlich gepasst.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Dokumentation über Absprachen und Kontakte gern auch übersichtlich per Mail verschicken. Nachfragen zu spontanen Telefonaten sind nachvollziehbar, aber dennoch etwas zu nachdrücklich.
