The combination of quality service and value I received makes me happy to recommend Talent Finder and use again.
Earlier this year we had worked with a specialist recruitment agency (for our industry) for a role we nearly filled. They would have charged much much more than Talent Finder, and I can honestly say – the service I experience from this guy was pitiful compared to what I experienced TF.

I worked with a lady named Hayley for the majority of it and was very impressed with her in our interactions. She was pleasant and easy to interact with plus fully on top of the brief. She took every idea, was thankful of any additional info I can provide and been super organised in setting up calls, liaising between us and candidates, and doing all the necessary work.

I will be using them again in the future.

Absolutely awful! Do not pay up front ever again. Usual sales pitch stating multiple candidates on their system with right geography and backgrounds, yet no decent CV's ever sent across. Avoid like the plague and just use normal recruiters.

Quickly organised an online interview between me and the company.

I keep trying to unsubscribe. I've made four threats to report them to the information commissioner and have now made a formal complaint. What's wrong with businesses like this.

The candidates were well filtered for my line of work, and therefore I got a selection of people very suited for the positions I was trying to fill. Rita was very responsive, and the initial Teams meeting was very helpful in understanding my requirements. We managed to get 2 candidates for positions very swiftly, so there are no complaints.

I had so many questions about the job at various points during these 4 days and she patiently listened, asked the hiring manager, and called me back within 10 mins EVERY SINGLE TIME!
