Kaydee shared detailed information about the history and a video of the car showing minor cosmetics and main features within a couple of hours of my initial enquiry. The car was made ready on the date agreed following full service and MOT, and I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the few days that I was without my old vehicle. Great job Tangelo. Thank you.

Great service throughout, every staff member was helpful from the sales team through to admin, especially Mark & Mollie

All good nice and easy. From the order to delivery very good, any questions were quickly answered by Elliot, Mollie and Luke. Communication was very good and definitely use again to purchase my next vehicle.

What a wonderful purchasing experience!!! I have ended up with a great car with excellent service. If I am honest, I was very nervous about purchasing a car online without having seen it “in the flesh”. Leigh and Alex were very patient and friendly with answering all my (repeated) questions and providing video footage to demo the car inside and out. The purchase was easy (if a little nervous-making as payment is made direct to the bank before delivery) but they are a real company! And delivery was exactly as described. David arrived on time having had the car re-washed near to my house after the delivery journey. He took his time, and walked me through the car features and helped my check the car over. I would have no hesitation in using Tangelo again for my future car purchases.

Outstanding Service! If I could give 10 stars I would! I want to give a mention to Alice, Georgia and Michael who all helped. From taking 3 video's for me to see the car to delivering the car, the whole process was seamless with great communication from the team, all the way along. The next car we buy will definitely be from you!

Kaydee is a super amiable person. She was accessible, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for us. We would not have preferred anyone else to hand us over the keys to such a special car. We felt valued by a company that ensured the car was being sold in tip-top condition, and who arranged a taxi service for us from the train station. And yes this place does have a water cooler which we enjoyed very much.

We found our visit there very pleasant and helpful and would highly recommend them, I would like to express my thanks to Mike And Fin for there help throughout the purchase.

Asked to test drive one car, but ended up testing 3 due to great selection.
Drove away the next day with my new car once it had been cleaned.
There was a minor administrative oversight but the team was apologetic and rectified it in a timely manor even offering a full tank of fuel.
There was good communication throughout.

The whole team were very helpful and any imperfections with the car or any exterior or interior parts that we weren’t happy with or needed replacing were all done and fitted before collection.

The staff at Tangelo were responsive and helpful. Fin was polite, efficient and not to pushy.

Leigh, Mollie and Alice plus delivery driver were all excellent and reliable persons great to do business with. My only gripe was a small one, the car was not valet properly dirt on inside of doors. The rest of the staff were sparkling !

I was promised when picking up my new car from tangelo. That the scratches on the passenger's door would be polished out that weren't that the tire on the front passenger's side had been changed but had not been changed they tyred to disguise the old tyre as a new one by blacking it up. And they told me that the car also come with 2 keys and even said that in the advert, but the car only come with one key.
And I personally had to go to an Audi dealership to buy the key and get it coded to my car and then ask for the money back.
Which is fine, but it takes Time and money out of my day and fuel to get to audi, and they obviously did not reimburse me for that.

The team at Tangelo in Exeter were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From my first visit to view and choose the car, the knowledge, advice and confidence of the team was outstanding. Communication was first class and once I had considered my options, they arranged the sale swifly and seamlessly. I had no knowledge of Tangelo, their affiliation or reputation prior to searching for a particular spec of car, when I found them online.
I have been more than pleased with their Customer Service, the whole process of selling and buying my new car has been amazing.
Luke has been exceedingly helpful, offering to be my eyes as he videoed every inch the car inside and out - not all products or purchases are recommended to buy online, however being 500 miles away from Tangelo in Exeter, I couldn't have asked for more help and information.
My search for the perfect replacement wasn't the easiest of things to do, given my long list of particular tech specs for the car, naturally narrowing down what's available on the market considerably.
