Purchased one of the EFB Stop/Start batteries from Tanya.

I normally buy from CarParts4Less (Same company as Europarts but 25% cheaper) but very expensive. Tanya were almost half price.

Delivered the next day very early and extremely well packed for safety.

Very impressed.

Waited two days never arrived and two weeks later still no refund rubbish customer service and poor company

Tanya will make it so difficult to honor warranty agreements, it won't be worth the cost or time. I bought an 063 Enduroline Car Battery 45Ah with a 4 year warranty. After less than 2 years. It repeatedly failed to sustain a charge enough to start a Petrol Ford Fiesta if the car was not driven for two days (a weekend). Since I need the car to get to work, I replaced it with a Bosch S5, and it sustains a charge, even after not driving for two days.

When asked to honor the warranty, Tanya said that I would need to pay for the shipment, and if they find fault in it, they would send the same manufacturer's battery as a replacement.
It turns out that shipping a battery is very costly. It also turns out that Enduroline batteries are rubbish. Why would I costly shipping when the battery is faulty? Why would I want another rubbish battery?
Next time, I will stick with ordering from a local store who will honor warranty agreements.

AVOID THIS ONLINE STORE, unless you happen to live close to their store in Wales and can bring the battery to their store. Good luck with that.

Found this company by accident and it was the best find off my life as they have saved my car and they have great prices too. Not only great products but the delivery time is excellent. Definitely Recommend.

batteries moto gel bcp moins cher qu'autre part et livraison en 48h dans ma boite aux lettres alors qu'à priori ça vient d'Angleterre, seul petit bémol qui coute 1 étoile, l'emballage qui sent le bricolage mais c'est bien quand même bien protégé..... transaction Nickel comme on aime
BatteryMegastore devrait en prendre de la graine plutôt que de proposer des batteries qu'ils n'ont pas en stock pour ensuite vous orienter vers un autre produit (plus cheap)

Expect massive pain actually getting your order, as they use Yodel, and turn off all the delivery options (leave with neighbour, leave in safe place).

The only delivery option I had was a 90 mile drive to collect it from the "local" Yodel depot.

Sadly ordered an item from Tanya and paid with paypal but their carrier (YODEL) failed to deliver the item after attempting to do so on three occasions over three days despite being given my mobile number a google earth picture of my address and a picture of my gate and full instructions on how to find me. Yodel have delivered to me 15 times before but sadly no parcel. It is now listed as being returned to the sender. I asked for my money to be refunded and initially was told this would happen once the goods are returned to them but I said that was not my fault and that the refund should be immediate. They said they would refund me once they know the item is being returned (as it now indicates on the Yodel website) but still I am waiting for a refund hence my negative response. The issue originally is not Tanya Batteries fault but they have not been as good as they should have been in getting their chosen carrier to deliver the goods. Yodel are not good but Tanya batteries must take some of the blame also otherwise they were great with communicating and were generally helpful unlike YODEL. After a lot of hassle got my refund from Tanya after opening a Paypal case. Should not have needed to do this though. Tanya batteries are not a bad company though and communicated well just the carrier they use are not good at all.

The only fault I can level against them is that they use Yodel to deliver. As Yodel have never delivered anything to me its hard to criticise? Im sure their batteries aren't bad but whats the point?

Ordered my battery at 1pm friday afternoon, it arrived 9am Saturday morning... how perfect was that... i would definitely use this company again if i have too.... well done to you all at tanya batteries

Bought a 100 ah leisure battery but it was more like a 65ah car battery, and only 2/3rds the size of the 100ah old leisure battery I was replacing, my old battery was also nearly twice as heavy. Don't trust this company

Paid extra for next day delivery for my car battery. Invoice from Tayna included parcel tracking link which showed delivery yesterday between 21.20 -22.20! (Who delivers parcels at thus time?!) Ukmail apparently.
Contacted Tayna who although apologetic informed me ' I needed to understand that next working day delivery wasn't actually guaranteed and in some cases there can be delays' 'Really? He then assured me it was scheduled to be delivered today. According to ukmail it was being delivered between 8-9pm this evening. Apparently not as yet again no parcel delivered.
Beware any retailer who uses ukmail. A quick google of ukmail complaints will tell you all you need to know.

I AM SORRY BUT I WILL NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN IF YOU CARRY ON USING UK MAIL AS YOUR CARRIER, PITY THAT ANOTHER COMPANY LETS YOU DOWN

Tanya deserves its excellent Trustpilot rating, used them for the first time this week. My first on line battery purchase was made easy by their easy to navigate website which recommends the battery type and alternatives. Other companies websites were inaccurate. Trustpilot also responded to my query on battery venting in a matter of hours. Battery ordered and delivered next day, protective packaging was impressive. Price was very competitive, I highly recommend them.
