Have bought furniture from tarlee
3 times, never have any problems with my items. Good service

Great customer service until the delivery! Asked for cash or payment to a personal account and wouldn't take a debit card payment to a business account!! Gave me three dates for delivery stayed in all day and no show very annoying. When it was finally delivered at 9pm at night it didn't have the crystal buttons I paid extra for. So had to send back and wait another three days for delivery. The sofas looked gorgeous on first inspection. The delivery company would not put the feet on so left them wrapped with me. When they left I found they were black not the silver I ordered. The back of the large sofa seat cushion had a ridge and there was a gap along the arms and back where the foam had been cut too small. There was no fire label on the sofas. I informed Tarlee and they weren't interested in rectifying the fault and told me I should buy a replacement sofa from them for an additional £600 and if I did that they would then send the silver feet I paid for. I paid £1100 for the sofas and expected them to be a quality finish. I can't sell them because they have no fire label and don't know if the foam and material is safe. Very Upset.I bought the sofa through Tarlees Facebook page and made my order through their representative through the Facebook and WhatsApp messaging. This is not a private telephone number but a number made public for contacting Tarlee on Facebook.
I'm happy to share the screen shots of my conversations. I didn't make the purchase through the website because they don't give the option of a pink sofa only grey and cream .My confirmation of the order was done on the Facebook chat and WhatsApp. I wasn't given a receipt because I was told to pay in cash so they could avoid paying VAT. Again happy to share screenshots of this.Tarlees company and address details were confirmed again on the order happy to show anyone. This is a verified review

Just received delivery of my beautiful mirrored tv unit. Received delivery 2 days after placing my order. Saf as delivery driver was so helpful and professional from the minute he arrived. He carefully removed all the packaging and checked the unit thoroughly for any damage. He even took packaging away for me. Unit itself is stunning and looks beautiful in my lounge. I would thoroughly recommend tralee furniture and am liking forward to chosing my next purchase from them.

I ordered a dressing table stool from this company and although I had never heard of the company before, I have been delighted with the product and customer service. Within a day of ordering I received a text message informing me of delivery date which was only a few days later. Delivery cost from Scotland was so cheap too! I would have happily paid a lot more for delivery. The stool itself was an excellent price. I have been kept informed at every process via text message which gives a very personal service. I received a further text message on the delivery day with a 1 hour time window for actual delivery, a fantastic service! The stool is gorgeous, was well packaged and exactly what I expected. The delivery driver was friendly and opened the package in front of us so we could check it to ensure we were completely happy with it, which we were. An excellent company providing a great service. I would absolutely use again. Thank you so much!

This is a brilliant company, great communication, lovely product my daughter is over the moon and the tallboy is brilliant and great value for money. We got excellent service from the 1st phone call to delivery and checking the product was all ok after delivery. Will defo buy from again, if only all companies were as good as Tarlee
