I ordered a silver ring with my family crest. The ring does not appear to be real silver no markings Can I file a dispote to get my money back

I ordered two "Hawaiian style" tartan shirts and 1 t-shirt. I like the t-shirt. But I was disappointed in the two Hawaiian shirts. The tartan is printed on polyester that looks like pajama top shirts. As another person noted the shirts are quite large, maybe even over sized. That does not bother me because generally larger sizes are still smaller than one might expect. It is the shiny pajama fabric that really turns me off. Yes, I went back and reread the description and yes they do actually warn customers of this. I obviously did not read as carefully as I should have. But, I have ordered other "Hawaiian shirts" from other companies in the past - really Hawaiian, cotton type fabric or cotton blend, and that was what I was expecting. I have not worn the shirts yet - they were for my husband for father's day, but two of them - the two different plaids for his clan. We may still use them - But I wanted to post on here so that others might see the reviews and make more educated decisions about whether to order from them or not. If the fabric was nicer they might be worth the money. My advice - do not buy the fancier shirts - go with the t-shirts if you want one. Otherwise find another maker of tartan clothing, because TartanPlaid is not the one you want, particularly for the price charged.

Scam company. Paid for a tartan wallet plac with family crest and name. Received a plastic printed banner no name no Crest and not Tartan just plastic print and fringe

They claim I ordered no name and no Crest, yet the screen show showing what I paid and also what I ordered clearly shows the Crest and name.

Opened a claim on pay pal and also on American Express.

Their address listed is at a UPS store. They are a scam business. Avoid at all cost.

I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. The shirts are 3D printed and made to order in China. The sizes are grossly oversized. But they are true to what is advertised on the website. If you normally wear a men's large, order a small. This shirt is going to Goodwill as a donation. It is a like a dress on me.

The website indicates the company, Tartan Today, is located in Canada and Great Britain. BUT, the manufacturing is actually in China and items ship from China. When they claim you will get your item in 7-10 days, they mean 7-10 days from whenever the Chinese carrier decides to pick up the item and send it, which can take a month. The info I continue to get is that it takes 7-10 days. I ordered at the end of October and, on 11-27-24, Tracking indicates the item is STILL sitting waiting to be picked up.

As stated in all of the reviews. Terrible quality, does not match description, no response to emails, no workable phone.

Do not buy from this site! The quality of the items is extremely poor!!! My husband got me a wraparound skirt for my birthday. The waist tie roles whenever I move and the pkaid is only onesided. The underside is white which shows like crazy anytime I move in it. Upon contacting customer service, Olwen was rude. I provided them with all of the information requested and now they won't contact me back. Also there's no phone number listed to talk to anyone! To me this seems like a scam! What company operates without customer satisfaction!

I paid $35 USD only to have the product arrive late. The sizing was way off and the family symbol, the clan tartan and the rampant Lion were plastic iron ons.

When I tried to get customer service all I got was an apology for how busy they were. They charged my credit card on order...not on a Shipping.

I will never order from this company again as I have just written off almost $200. I won't even try to do a return as I believe it to be pointless.
This company is an insult to Scotland.

Ordered a shirt and hat. Got a shirt and hat that resembled what was shown on the website. Made of super cheap thin polyester. Low quality merchandise. Tried to return, they said I got good merchandise and offered a 30% discount to keep it or pay postage back to China and they would send me a check for 50% of price after they receive the merchandise. Don't waste your time and money with these people.

Ordered some skirts for my wife. They didn’t fit. Asked for replacement and they declined. Asked for refund and they said they would refund if we sent the skirts back to VIETNAM. sent the skirts back and they refused acceptance of the package so it was shipped back to me. DO NOT buy from them unless you are certain in size.

Their return policy is ridiculous and it will cost you more to return an item then just eat the cost. The sizing chart for women is so far from standard sizing that I would have had to order a 5X in a shirt (which they don't offer that size) and I'm a standard Large. I wanted to order a pair of shoes, but I don't trust their sizing.

Garbage site! I bought a robe & leggings. Spent over $100. All their patterns are PRINTED ON cheap ill fitting clothing. Made in a foreign country, the game is, return shipping is to the factory & costs just about as much as original purchase. Or, they’ll return a percentage of the price, but you still are left with landfill. STAY AWAY!

I bought a Hunting Tartan and received a Dress Tatan, totally different.
When I complained they said that my lighting was wrong!
They will not allow a return.
Will never buy from them again.

I was so excited that I found a company that did my family tartan so I ordered a skirt that was advertised as a knee length straight skirt for £59. A lot of money for a pensioner but its my tartan that I am proud of. What I received was a tiny mini skirt, a-line which a 70 year old would look ridiculous in. I complained to the company, which I didn't realise was in the USA. Their reply was they don't accept returns or give refunds but they offered me 20% plus a 15% discount of further purchases. Why would I order more rubbish from them. I said I would accept 35% refund however they gave me $9. Had I realised this was an American company I would not have ordered. Most disappointing online service I have ever experienced. The two pieces of fabric sewn together wouldn't even have cost $9
