Taste of Freedom Ltd Reviews

Amazing.
Could have asked for a better company to start our motorhome experience with.
Great customer service, all the information you need, detailed handover and 24/7 support. Have recommended friends and family and we’ll be booking again. Highly recommend

Easy to book. Motorhome was cleaned to the highest standards and only about a year old. Everything was ready to drive away including gas, chemicals and fresh water. Everything was explained to us before we set off. Staff helpful and polite. They even contacted us the day before to say our van would be ready early and we could leave a few hours earlier than expected.

The only thing the van didn't have was the TV Ariel. We purchased one which they refunded us for. We also hired a shelter which could do with being replaced. There was a rip in the side wall and some of the poles had split. I'd say this is down to people not reporting issues so Taste of Freedom didn't know they needed replacing.

We have used this company the last few years, we highly recommend, beautiful motorhomes, exceptionally clean , customer service is brilliant, cannot do enough for you.
Wouldn't use anyone else.
Each van is checked with you and they send videos and info before hand , but always do a quick guide when you collect.
Pets welcome , ours is a small dog.
We always hire bedding and towels , so don't have to bring that.
Does have soap for bathroom and toilet rolls.
And some kitchen cleaners and sponges with fairy liquid provided.
Looking forward to booking again next year.

Excellent service and a spotless vehicle. We hired a van for the weekend with the kids. It was perfect and had everything we needed. Phil who handed the van over explained everything really well so we were confident when it came to using the van for real.

The kids even got a free treat each which was a nice touch that they very much enjoyed.

I highly recommend them if you're looking to hire a motorhome.

Second time we've hired a motorhome and had two different models. Both were immaculate and we've picked another different model for next year. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend 👍

The service from initial contact to returning the camper van was outstanding and friendly.
The Campervan was in excellent condition and well prepared which led to us having a great week away .
Will definitely return.

We have just returned from a 3 week trip around Europe and had a fantastic time. We were allowed to view the motorhome we chose before our trip so we knew it would suit our needs.
Booking was straightforward and all pre paperwork could be completed online.
On pick up we received a thorough briefing on how the habitation and cab worked and this exemplified the excellent service from Phil and others throughout.
The range of extras to hire is very useful and we were provided with the extra documentation for travelling in Europe.
I would thoroughly recommend Taste of Freedom and we will be using them again.

First timers renting from Taste of Freedom and nothing to disappoint. We set off on our adventure to do the NC500 for a special birthday and we had a great time. The Swift TrekkerX served us perfectly with all that we needed. Staff were great and very helpful right from the booking stage, pick-up and return. No hassle, no pain. Looking to book again!

Amazing team, friendly and knowledgeable. Van was really clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic NC500 trip with friends.

This was our first time hiring a motorhome and driving one. We did a Wales trip and it was a dream.
Paul was very helpful in explaining how the motorhome worked and the whole team are friendly.
We would recommend Taste Of Freedom to those looking for a decent motorhome to hire and a team that will cater for your needs.

Smart van, great handover and customer experience. The team is lovely, and very responsive. I had a couple of queries and they were answered by text within five minutes. Highly recommended.

Easy service and thorough walkthrough for a novice camper user like myself. Guide book included for day to day use. Tutorial videos very useful and got me prepared before the hire day. Will use again

We had an absolutely amazing trip as a family of 4 using Taste of Freedom motorhomes.

The motorhome was spotless, modern, and fully kitted out with everything we needed, which made the whole trip completely stress-free.

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. Booking was easy, communication was great, and the handover was thorough and reassuring, especially as first-time users. Everything was explained clearly, which gave us real confidence setting off.

We’ve made some amazing memories on this trip and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about hiring a motorhome!

Fantastic 4 berth motorhome 24 plate with all accessories made us a very special week on the road

Highly recommend this company. Lovely friendly people from the lady calling to arrange pickup to the handover, support when away and drop off! Spotless motor home, bedding and kitchen stuff all included and clean and everything explained to us (first timers!). They even called afterwards to say we left a coat behind AND posted it! Thank you taste of freedom!

Had an amazing experience with Taste of Freedom hiring our first motorhome.

From start to finish Adam and Phil was brilliant, Adam really put us at ease when booking. They are such a professional business but also laid back and friendly at the same time. Adam was happy to answer all my questions no matter how many times I asked!

Upon picking the motorhome up, Phil went through everything in great detail, how to use everything and where everything was. As first time users of one, we felt so at ease and confident getting straight onto the road.

Honestly, couldn’t reccomend more and we will definitely be back in the future.

Thanks again!

Taste of Freedom Motorhomes / Campervan Service is second to none!
Right from the get go I was given great advise bring we were first time Motorhome users.
I was met with nothing but straight forward details on price, and how hiring the MH was made simple and clear on all aspects.
The main owner Alan was professional but friendly and easy to understand. He took my Booking and he couldn’t have been more helpful to me! especially that I had disability Questions due to my particular issues.
Once Deposit was paid MH booked, then it was formality to request ID FOR DRIVER/s ect. Again this was simple instructions and much support from
Alan.
The MH was amazing to say the least!
Everything you could want was provided or you could hire extras at such reasonable prices such as bedding bundle Towel Bundle all of which I hired! super clean quality materia, which was most acceptable.
Our experience for the next 5 days was more than pleasurable it was Fantastic!!!
I would say if you wound like to try before you decide to buy or just rent to go on excursions then my advice would be Do it you won’t be disappointed🤩
This trip was special to me and it wouldn’t have been half as successful if we hadn’t gone in style by way of Motorhome🫶

5 star all way , excellent staff and vehicle spotless, fantastic company, highly recommended to anyone, brilliant, thank u so much for an amazing time in your vehicle, 5 star

Just returned from 2 weeks travelling around the NC500. Staff could not of been more helpful and friendly. Hired Swift Carrera 2 Berth Camper. It was perfect for what we wanted. Even though 6.4m long was fine on the single track roads and hairpin bends. Would highly recommend Taste of Freedom
