This business is complete fraud. They are scammers where they steal your money. I bought a Chanel bag from them and they claimed that the money got lost in the payment gateway and they cannot ship my item because of that. It was very bizarre and unprofessional interactions where they messaged me on WhatsApp calling me their sister. I still have not received a refund from them. I reported I
To my bank for fraud and my bank reached out to them for documentation and they still have not gotten back to my bank. It’s been over 3 weeks. DO NOT TRUST. Since writing this review, the business has gone radio silient, when they were messaging my on WhatsApp every day.

I ordered a Gucci Tote for $980 USD.
I received an email that the item had shipped.
Several hours later, I received an email that the item (which had supposedly already been shipped hours previously) was found to be damaged and would not be shipped AND I needed to contact PayPal to request a refund. They made it more difficult for the customer and added more hassle to getting a refund.
I believe that Taste the Luxe could have simply refunded the money.
I submitted a refund request to PayPal on 2026-05-02 and the funds were returned to my account on 2026-05-13.
Based on the chronology of events and communication with them, I would be highly cautious about dealing with them.

To clarify, once the item was identified as damaged during final inspection, it was immediately removed from shipment to ensure that no defective merchandise was delivered to a customer.
Regarding the refund process, the payment was made through PayPal, and for security and compliance reasons, refunds for PayPal transactions must be processed through the original payment channel. This is a standard requirement of the payment provider and is not intended to create inconvenience for customers.
At no point was our intention to make the refund process more difficult. Our priority was to ensure that the order was cancelled and that the funds were returned through the appropriate payment method.
We regret the disappointment caused by the item being unavailable and appreciate your feedback.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. I've never ordered on a resale site because I've always worried about authenticity, etc. but a friend told me to try it (we later learned this was not the company she'd ordered from). Here's my story: Order placed 02/16/2025 (paid $300 less than retail), received notification a few hours later my handbag had shipped. Order No. R282888372. 02/18/2026, tracking number still not working to track package, emailed Taste the Lux. I was told the page would take 7 days to arrive. 02/20/2026, requested tracking number, received a response "Just wait, please, we'll send everything now." I never heard back despite several follow up messages. 02/28/2026, I contacted Taste the Lux. This company is terrible at responding, does not answer their calls, etc. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company since it is now 03/06/2026 and I still have not received a response to my countless messages.

However, the main issue occurred because the payment for your order was temporarily blocked by PayPal due to a suspicious transaction review. This security measure is initiated by PayPal itself and is outside of our company’s control.
While the payment was under review, we were unable to proceed fully with processing and shipping the order until PayPal completed their verification. Unfortunately, this caused delays and confusion with tracking updates.
