Taurus took end to end responsibility o the transportation of my car from uk to australia. The process was seamless with great support from the ground agent staff in both countries. The taurus staff Barbara and Sungandi deserve special mention.

We shipped a large boat and trailer from Canada to Australia (via Europe).
There was a prolonged (5month) hold-up enroute that was not the fault of Taurus. Nevertheless the staff did everything they could to keep us informed, arrange for photos and answer all concerns we had. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and willingness to do everything in their power to get the load safely delivered.

Very responsive. Effective pricing. You can see that customers interest is at the best of their hearts.

Well I think Taurus Logistics is fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us. We had no idea what we were doing and they helped step by step.

Whether it was Barbara in NZ or Sugandi in Melbourne, the Taurus staff were amazing. They kept me informed the whole way. Barbara came up with a solution when the ship my car was booked on decided to bypass NZ and Sugandi understood the issues I was having with my bank having just moved back to Australia.

Used Taurus Logistics NZ to ship my CRX from NZ to Australia and couldn't be happier. Barbara Redway was extremely helpful, assuring, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Review: Poor communication, currency and unprofessional conduct

While our experience with Taurus Logistics started well in NZ, it deteriorated completely once the boat reached Australia.

The main issues:

Zero Proactive Communication: Once the boat landed, it was total radio silence. We had to constantly chase the Australian team for every single update. They either didn't understand the Australian customs process or simply didn't care to follow up.

Pricing & "Extra costs ": Check your line breakdowns carefully. We were also quoted in NZD but charged in AUD, Hmmmm Other reviews suggest this is a recurring pattern.

Unprofessional Conduct: We were accidentally CC'd into an internal email where our move manager (Sugandi) described us as "not easy to deal with" to the port. This was incredibly unprofessional given we were simply trying to get the information they failed to provide.

Contrast: We moved our furniture and our dog through Crown Relocations at the same time; they were professional, respectful, and proactive—the exact opposite of our experience here.

Recommendation: Look elsewhere! Or be prepared to do all the follow-up work yourself.
