The service wuality and time taken to give service has declined to an adverse level. The customer support without calling, simply write an email that we are not able to reach out..
Junior resources are given the case to ask basic questions like give your previous year ITR amount, which they can find on their own from previous records.
My case took more than 20 days to get resolved, which was a simple ITR filing.
Upon reporting to customer service, the answer is always, we don’t know and we are not sure and we cannot refund your money also.
I have been associated with Tax 2 Win for five years, but this was the worst service ever seen, therefore, withdrawn as a customer and deleted the account

I purchased a plan for 2900 and the assigned CA responded only once and did not respond again even after sending multiple messaged in the chat. Ultimately, I filed the returns myself. Bad experience and wasted m time and money of them

After deposited the money rupees 6000 on 12.9.25 online for two returnes. A lady call me and told me to submit some documents and I submitted documents accordingly. After that no one call me back. And the lady who talked me will not pick my call. I lost my money rs.6000 which I have paid. Between last days they only collect money from people. They are totally fraud.

Customer service not contactable. I filed ITR did not receive confirmation or receipt but the charges were deducted

This is a fraud company' they never disclose what amount they will deduct. It started popping up on my screen only after I paid challan through them. I think they have fraud mentality.

Fraudulent service! They didn't file my ITR for the last 2 months, and I've requested cancellation and a refund, but still haven't received it. The customer care hasn't responded either. I used this service last year, but I won't be using it again. I'll share my negative review on social media and warn my friends not to use it.
