Utterly appalling. Booked car 2 days in advance for King's Cross. Received a phone call confirmation the night before and all ok.
Come the day no car, the driver isn't picking up his phone. They'll send another car. Phone me to say 5 mins actually 10 mins and at 1 point I was told the car was outside. I was......the car wasn't. I missed my train obviously !
I too believed this was a mini cab service and not connected to Uber.

I used this company for a return trip and cancelled the return for which they advised me that a refund had been issued on the 21st December 2025. I have contacted them numerous times as I have not received the refund, I get a response but to date have not done so. Be wary of using this company as there was also a problem with the pick up.

I booked rides for a wedding through this company thinking they were a local taxi company. They actually request for you via local taxi companies so it's kind of pot luck what you get. We almost missed the ceremony because the driver was late, and turned up in a car that wouldn't fit all the passengers we'd requested. When I complained they didn't really care. The ride home with different company was completely fine. Next time I'll book direct through a taxi company instead.

Booked a cab to collect me and a lot of groceries from Sainsbury's an hour ahead of time. No meaningful communication until five minutes after the time I booked it for, when they called to say they didn't have a cab available. Wasted half an hor of my time

Great communication, timely and very safe.

The driver was very helpful getting my dog and his kennel into the back. He even offered to stop on the way to the airport so that I could get him out before we arrived. I explained that there was a small chance we wouldn't be able to fly and asked if he would be willing to come back and pick us up and he eagerly agreed. Then he texted me to make sure we were able to get on the flight.

Fraudsters. They claim to do aster school picks up.

Not safe.

They leave your children unattended and arrive up to 40 min late or, they cancel 1 hour before school pick up.

Rude, no one to speak to to resolve, no organisation or professional manner. And last but not least no respect for customers.

First time using this service, arrived on time. Kept me updated

Communication was good and the driver was friendly and efficient.

The taxi did not arrive at the scheduled booked time (booked online the night before our journey) 10min later a taxi was offered to us but the driver was refusing to drive us to our destination because apparently he was booked to go to a different destination. He was arguing that we had the wrong address in our booking (which we did not) but in his app was not updated with the correct address. After calling the taxi operator and the address updated, the driver still refused to taking us to our destination arguing that it was not updated in his system and was complaining to us about it. The taxi operator was helpful but the driver was rather rude to us during our journey. Worst experience ever at 6:25 am.

I booked and paid for 3 x 7 seater cars for my Christmas party, less than an hour before they were due to arrive, I received a call that they could not get 7 seaters. I asked them to book different sized cars. They said they would get back to me.

They never got back to me so I called again, and was told they would get back to me. They did not get back to me so I called again.

Then, I was put on hold 3 separate times before being told that all cars were cancelled.

Christmas party ruined. Unreliable and untrustworthy, I am waiting for my refund.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! We booked an airport taxi to Heathrow a month in advance. They cancelled 20 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive. Cowboys.

Great service. Driver was on time, I was kept up to date and the cab was very clean. The driver was polite and helpful. Will definitely use again

Service was easy to book and when I needed to change my booking at very short notice they were very flexible. The driver was very professional - he arrived on time and the drive was smooth. Will definitely use again!
