I was very pleased with Taylor Construction! From the sales person who came out and took real time video in the rain, to the installation crew who patiently worked with me as I debated making a last minute color change... the service was AWESOME! We have received several compliments on our new gutters, and the color matches the house perfectly! I am no longer worried about constantly cleaning the gutters! I would highly recommend Taylor to others.

We had Taylor replace our windows and doors. Services were very professional, workers were polite and respectful of our home. Windows finished in one day and doors finished in one day. Would recommend Taylor Construction to anyone looking for home improvement.

Good Quality product; Quick and organized installation; product was a little pricey.

We absolutely love our windows installed by Taylor Construction. The workers were very efficient, friendly, and organized. You could not tell they had been here when they left, as they left everything just as it was, except for new beautiful windows, of course. We could not have been more pleased with the look and easy maintenance of our windows. We highly recommend Taylor Construction to all our friends.

The crew was on time and worked very hard to install the windows. They were very fast and cleaned up all the trash. I am very satisfied

These windows are awesome! The installers knew what they were doing, and had 4 large windows installed in less than 3 hours. I cannot express what a difference these windows make to the interior and exterior of my house. Customer service was exceptional as well. 10/10

We got all of our windows replaced. The installers did an excellent job getting all of them done in 1 day, cleaning up as they worked. Windows look great. Highly recommend!

Windows are more beautiful than I expected and so far are just perfect. Windows are tightly installed and the depth of the window casings are amazing. From the sales pitch to the installation, all went very well. I would definitely recommend Taylor Construction for windows.

The entire experience with Taylor Construction was extremely satisfying. The sales guy knew his product and didn't push us. It was very laid back and not a high pressure situation.

They measured my windows twice for accuracy. They kept in contact with me letting me know when windows order was placed and when to expect an install appointment call.

They worked around my schedule for installation.

The installers...these guys were top notch. They were extremely well mannered, and very polite. They worked fast, and quietly. Sure there was some banging as expected but over all, very quiet.

They took out a window, and immediately replaced it. They removed the windows carefully and left no glass pieces, and also removed all trash. The windows fit perfectly with maybe 1/8 an inch gap on 2 windows. They filled those gaps with caulking on both sides. They worked all day to replace all 10 windows. I have a multiple story home so the ladder work slowed them down some, but they stayed to finish the job almost til night. They even worked when it sprinkled a little. They didn't rush or cut corners

I could tell an immediate difference in a reduction of outside noises (I'm on a busy street) and also the temperature difference in each room.

They followed us with me about 2-3 weeks to make sure I was happy with the job.

Sure they are a touch more expensive than others, but the windows are second to none and the installers are well worth it. There are times when cheapest isn't the best, this is well worth it.i have a saying: High Quality, Cheap, Good Workmanship... You get to pick 2. With Taylor I felt I got Quality and Workmanship at a fair price

All in all I am extremely satisfied with both the product, install, and the company as a whole.

I originally received a note on my door informing me that Taylor construction was doing business in the area. That same note offered to save me a lot if I just took advantage of them during this time. Robert is the Sales Rep who spent an hour speaking with me and another 45 minutes reviewing my home. He then offered me more savings and an opportunity to speak with real individuals that had work done. A+ is what I feel that I received from this company.

Love these windows. Cuts down on outside noise also. (Neighbors barking dogs)

No problems from the salesman to the installers. All very professional would highly recommend.

They were very nice and helpful and friendly and worked hard and did not stop till they were done and cleaned up .I was very pleased with every thing even the office was very helpful and nice.

He did an excellent job, providing input as to the cause of the problem, and what should be done, and correcting the issues. I would recommend Taylor construction for gutters guards.

I appreciate the follow ups and there was excellent customer service from Greg Calhoun ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) who has ALWAYS been upfront and honest with me on everything. This is not my first merry go round with them because they are good, honest and make sure they stand behind their word.

The contractor did not replace fascia board, that needed replacing. Though he did come back, when I contacted Taylor.
Now I'm seeing another area that may be caused by the same issue; new gutters placed over bad fascia board.
