Chris & Suzy Cocks Reviews

Never had problems with Taylors Clematis. Their prices were acceptable. Now Sarah Raven has bought Taylors Clematis, the prices have rocketed. I will now have to look elsewhere where the prices are lower for the same variety.

I am afraid Taylors Clematis is no more. Went to purchase from them and it appears that Sarah Raven has purchased all their remaining stock of plants. The plants will now be cared for and nurtured at Sarah Raven's nursery in Lincolnshire. The Sarah Raven website gives an update and answers any questions any previous Taylor Clematis customers may have.

Five-star service from start to finish: a comprehensive and informative website, great choice, competitive pricing, expert packaging and speedy and efficient delivery. Thanks so much for a great shopping (and I hope blooming) experience!

Two days after placing our order we received a beautiful healthy well-grown plant with a useful label with colour picture of the cultivar and an illustrated catalogue with lots of information on planting and growing Clematis.
The packing of the plant for transit had been well done and was very secure.
The whole operation from ordering to receipt of the goods was a model of efficient and friendly service.
We'll definitely be ordering more of these excellent plants from Taylors!

My clematis have just arrived and I am delighted with them. It started when your very colourful website stood out above any others….and oozed that you enjoyed your work and valued your customers.

So…I chose 4 to brighten up some needy parts of my garden, ordered them…and waited. Not for long, your email confirmation arrived speedily and postage looked to be equally speedy. It was.

They arrived today, brilliantly packaged and look amazing. They are clearly very healthy and are ready for me to put them in.

I am really impressed with the service and the quality of your plants. I look forward to them enhancing my garden.

Thank you too for the brochure which I have swiftly glanced through….but will return to over a coffee. I’m sure I’ll come back for more!!

Absolutely excellent advice and service from Taylors Clematis, l would highly recommend this company! From initial contact when l asked advice regarding the best pairing for roses with clematis and wisteria with clematis l received a speedy response, great suggestions plus advice regarding my existing plants. After placing my order online l received delivery 2 days later and the plants are amazing, super healthy and very well packaged! If you want to buy a clematis there's only one place to buy them from and that's Taylors Clematis! I first dealt with this company 24 years ago and the service and quality is just as good now as it was back then. Amazing service and quality product, thank you Chris & Suzy for all of your help!

Great plants, good service and excellent instructions on how to get the best out of these mature plants. Many of my neighbours have commented on the 3 Clematis planted in August. Ice Blue and 2 Duchess of Cornwall. Great additions to a newly developed area adjacent to our car driveway.

First class clematis plants - well packaged and promptly delivered.

Good quality, packing, delivery and price. I want no more

Excellent and quick service. Friendly and caring people. My three plants arrived - in excellent packaging and all looking really good. I have planted them [early September], and in the first week alone, they have grown by around 15cm!

Wonderful service from start to finish.
Well packaged, perfect condition, and plenty care advice. Only received this plant in May, it has since flowered twice, its beautiful.
Highly recommend Taylor Clematis

I have ordered and received another Clematis from Taylors. Very well packed and a beautiful plant.
Can really recommend Taylors for Clematis.
Also very good prices too.

Don’t expect a meter high plant…. The box is a meter, the stick 90 cms, the plant including pot 60cms the pot is 23 cms….. the plant looks OK, it’s September now, so I’m expecting it to die back shortly, hopefully it will come up next year….

Beautiful vigorous clematis arrived on time and date promised. In excellent condition, well staked and packed to prevent any damage in transit. I highly recommend this supplier.

I can recommend this site for great clematis plants. After only one week of planting the clematis has grown 6 inches. Brilliant!

Taylors Clematis, my first dealings (but probably not the last ) with them have confirmed my choice. The plants ( 3 clematis) arrived in robust packaging with the plants well secured therein. At a glance one could see how strong and healthy these plants are and I had to rein in my enthusiasm to get them in the ground. These are to be the stars of the show in a newly developed plot adjacent to my drive, that hitherto had been a mass of gnarly tangled shrubs. So I duly prepped their locations with good square holes, good handfull of gravel to aid drainage. Planted on the angle toward the ready installed trellis, and mulched with 3-4 inches of bark to protect the roots. Already the small buds on these plants are bulging to open . These mature plants are a much better buy then some of the spindly offerings from the chain garden centres.

Absolutely fabulous communication, was buying a clematis as an important wedding gift so wanted it to be right. The clematis arrived yesterday and is beautiful and in fantastic condition, she's going to absolutely love it!
Brilliant service, would 100% recommend!

I bought two clematis, and they arrived well grown and healthy, clean and tidy and perfectly packaged - they are gorgeous and an absolute credit to Suzy and Chris.
During Covid especially I've bought a lot of plants online and have had to rescue many a miserable, disappointing, half-dead specimen, so to receive these beauties from Taylors today was an absolute joy!

Really lovely clematis. Came in great condition and they used a good courier - plants arrived right way up.

Order received on time, super healthy plants. Very pleased with my purchase
