Taylor Chartered Surveyors Reviews

Great service! Visit in 48h with next day report for a very competitive price. Highly recommend. Thank you to Sasha and Elliot.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Sasha was very helpful and informative and the survey was conducted in a great manner.

Great experience with Taylor Chartered Surveyors, very quick response and had someone visiting the property within a week, with reports issued almost straight away. Will recommend them, no doubt.

Really good efficient service. The overall process was really smooth and I liked the way they communicated with me throughout. Happy to recommend them.

Explained Help to Buy requirements clearly and were prompt in booking appointment in and providing the report. Competitive pricing.

Great service from start to finish. Booking an appointment was easy, they offered multiple appointments to fit around work and the surveyor who came was very friendly and efficient - would recommend.

Excellent service. Super reasonable price and great availability. As I needed a survey to sell my property I wasn’t sure which type of survey I needed Sasha spoke we through exactly what I needed and what happens as part of the survey. Very quick turn around for the survey report also. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience from booking the appointment till I got the report just a couple of days after the Help to Buy valuation was done (first week of March 2025). Friendly and professional treatment, and very competitive price. I highly recommend.

Excellent start to finish. Easy to deal with throughout.

Excellent service and quick report for my stair casing, I can not praise this surveyor highly enough as his service was excellent and a complete contrast to another company that I had the misfortune of employing.

Elliott was great, explain the process nicely and valuation was reasonable. Thanks.

Very professional and quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

The company (Sasha) was really prompt in dealing with enquiries and an appointment was offered within a week. Elliot (surveyor) was great - really helpful in explaining the process and in fact made me aware of things my solicitors hadn't mentioned which made the whole process much more quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Team was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions we had. I would recommend

Just like to Thank Taylor Chartered Surveyors very professional company and always kept in contact, great communication also a great price in these times every little helps. If you need a professional company than look no further.

Elliott was great. Completed all aspects of the RICS survey required for my Help To Buy loan repayment quickly. He was really helpful and friendly and very reasonably priced compared to a lot of quotes. Highly recommend!!

Recently used Taylor Chartered Surveyors for a RICS valuation required in order to sell our property.
I was extremely anxious due to the outcome of the valuation as others in the area had been down valued.

The surveyor was excellent. He was happy to discuss my concerns and really helped put my mind at ease. I don’t feel the appointment was rushed and the surveyor was really really nice.

I work for a mortgage lender and sometimes surveyors are in and out in minutes. This wasn’t the case and I was really impressed with how informative he was and also how professional he was.

I also think it’s important to mention how quick their turnaround times were. My appointment was booked within the week and once I had paid the invoice, the statement was in my inbox in under 10 minutes.

The outcome of the valuation was given in under 24 hours too.

I cannot recommend enough - 5🌟 from us!

They were great. Thank you so much I needed a survey to pay off my help to buy equity loan.
