Tcgbestvaluecollectibles Reviews

Got 2 mystery boxes and what you get back isn't even worth $70 and they cost $200. Total rip off.

Sounds like everyone else’s experience. They took too many pre orders, took our money right away, had it for months, waited for me to reach out about an update, the immediately cancelled my order with no response to my inquiry. I followed up and asked why it was cancelled, no reply. Can only assume they want to sell the product for higher.

Tried to pre order from here but it got cancelled right before release. Can’t trust this site as I’ve seen many reviews with the same experience. Don’t waste your time thinking you’re getting a deal with their discount codes or scam resealed bags. They don’t respond to emails either.

They held my money for 2 months they use your money to get product and keep it and sell it at higher rate horrible company I would never buy anything from this company!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money. Stay away from this store. They entice people with low preorder prices, take your money to pay for their supplies, repost to say they cancel other people’s orders because they over ordered their limit, get more people to preorder and then cancel your order prior to release date. Do not trust them at all.

This business is a scam. I placed pre-orders with them two different times, for two different Pokemon sets. Both times, they cancelled the order 2 weeks after release.

They take the order at pre-order pricing, and when release rolls around and they can sell it for more, they cancel your order. Borrowing your money for months for free.

And because they cancelled my order, I’m unable to leave feedback on their website.

Scam behaviour absolutely.

Proper little dosser, charges well above the odds for cards and “had so much going on didn’t get round to sending them” is the excuse I got, just don’t bother did have a touch a while back off his website bought 1 box of cards and let’s just say I got more than I bargained for, hasn’t got a clue what it’s doing absolute clown show

OH and btw the owner Jean-Philippe Lachance is literally commenting great reviews for his company dumbass

Ordered ascended heroes etb waited 2 months never arrived. Refunded my money but took it an never delivered do not use this site

Pre ordered an Etb early January for a set that released on the 20th of September. It never arrived , I sent them an email and the person responded saying they’ll give me a refund because they never planned on sending it and was waiting for me to message them to inquire about it ? They realized they can charge almost double what I paid for it so instead of sending me what I ordered they just waited until I waited long enough and messsged them. Then they said that they weren’t sending it and I’ll have a refund in 3-5 business days. Very selfish and unethical way of doing business , don’t trust this company .

Total trash, I was real excited to get this Gold pack and not anything at all, I literally didn’t get a card worth above $3.00 . It’s really messed up, embarrassed I even ordered from this trash ass joke of a “company”.

Bought 10 gold packs but all gauranteed SR's at the end were black star promos, not so much a mystery pack as a way to offload their unwanted bulk. Person should be ashamed of themselves.

Pre-ordered a booster box through this “company”, and I had to reach out to them for them to inform me that my pre-order will be cancelled. Many customers have reported this business cancelling their pre-orders throughout the past year. Save your money and buy elsewhere. They will use your pre-order money to buy stock and sell the items at a much higher rate. They DO NOT intend on giving you your pre-orders, rather they will use your money as a quick (interest-free) loan.

One of the 5-star reviews written on here comes from the same exact person (Jean-Philippe Lachance) who told me they can’t fulfill my order. These 5-star reviews for this “company” on this website are fabricated, stay away at all costs.

AVOID they cancelled a confirmed order only to increase the price.

Feels very dishonest and absolutely appalling customer service.

Avoid at all costs

This place is a rip off. Do not buy from here.

I bought 2 Gold Packs, one for $21.55 and one for $29.66. The highest valued card in one, was a promo for $1, the second pack had an EX card worth $0.63.

The third item I bought was their Pokemon Graded Mystery Bag for $53.96, they sent me a graded sticker, and not an official Pokemon TCG card.

Please, if you’re a parent, a collector or even someone trying to flip cards/slabs. This is not the place.

You may be happy as long as your kid is happy, but truly, you can go to many other shops/stores and get way better products for less. Don’t buy your kid the junk bulk cards people are trying to offload.

Do not buy from here!

I ordered some Pokemon trading cards mid December and it's now Jan 8th and they are still in transit. I have inquired about the slow speed of shipping and I keep getting the same generic answer. They are being held at the Canadian border and have not moved since Dec 23rd. I understand that it is out of TCGs control at this point, but they should do something to rectify the matter. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift and I don't even know if they will ever get delivered. My nephew specifically asked for Pokemon cards and I figured that TCG would be the best place to order them. Boy was I wrong. The company should let you know that deliveries might be held up due to border issues. The we can decide if we still want to order from them. I should have read the reviews before I went ahead and ordered the cards. I definitely would have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed.

They have canceled my pre-orders twice with over $1000, held for months. They scam people and hold you money to fund purchases and then sell the same items at higher prices to take advantage of the market. Never pre order from them, let this be a warning unless you want someone to hold your money for months just to refund it back.

Worst shipping in the industry.. placed an order December 12 it shipped December 14 and today is the 31st.. still no cards.. shipping stated 4 to 8 business days... this was supposed to be a Christmas present......

My mom got the christmas bundle for me, which contained two gold packs and two loose booster packs. One of the booster packs was clearly resealed, and all but one of the rares across the 4 packs were pretty clearly fake cards. The only rare I think is real is worth about $2.50 - the whole pack was $90 (CAD). Stay away!

Pre-ordered a booster box of phantasmal flames. I never received the item. I disputed on credit card to get money back.
