I recently bought for the first time and I had some issues with the USA Postal service but they helped me to solve it very quickly and were very friendly. I recommend this store because they have excelente products and they are trustworthy.

On November 15, I bought a product for $250. This product was very popular and withing a week, the price went up to around $400. Eventhough the demand was high, they still sold their products without having a real supply. After a month of patiently waiting they send me an email stating the want me to either pay an additional $200 or cancel my order due to "shortage of product". I honestly don't believe this, because my friend also bought the same product after me and received his a week ago. He paid around $320 and got it no problem. I personally wouldn't trust this company again. Give your money to a company that cares about their customers.

J’achète la box du 5e anniversaire chinois chez eux le 13 novembre. Après un long mois d’attente et d’échange avec eux concernant l’expédition, ils demandent d’en payer le double ou d’annuler la commande. Pire que des scalpeurs, surtout quand on voit leur TikTok où ils se vantent d’expédier la commande à un client qu’il l’a commandé 10j après moi. Bref, vraiment à fuir, pire expérience client de ma vie en ces périodes de fêtes. C’est mon fils qui sera déçu à cause de ses vendeurs véreux.

This shop practices a cancel / re-adjustment price depending on the market price. Although some products may vary in price depending on the state of the market, it's despicable to cancel pre-orders made by clients while forcing them to pay the difference in market price to receive the product they pre-ordered weeks ago.

They just want more MONEY. Shady practice shady business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Since it was my first time ordering I was getting worried that it might have been a scam. But I did received my order, the only draw back was that the packaging was very minimum and there was a damage to the product inside. Really wish they did a better job packing it.
