If I could put -100 I totally would, never will I refer someone to the TD Bank. Tellers tell me they are holding a deposit for 3 days and Easyweb says 7 call the branch manager who can speak clear english he says 5.....so who i lying here. Been dealing with TD for 40 years and it has gone to the dogs. I have been refused every product from this bank and have an outstanding credit rating. Customer service when you call in is horrible, they are rude and short and make you feel like they have zero time for you.

I’m really starting not to like TD bank, a lot of their workers are not welcoming….they/the system be lying to you to make you make changes you don’t want or had no idea about ….let’s say you don’t want to change your card they will make the ATM not return it and tell you, you can no longer get the card you did not want to let go back ,they just say here’s another new updated one , I’ve had my username and password for years know them by heart , out of nowhere with no notice nothing whatsoever they locked my account and forced me to change my password , multiple customer service agents acting like they have no idea what is going on there’s only one solution that’s to change my password, not even the branch could help me …when I clearly told them I didn’t want to change my password I had no issues whatsoever with it nor with my account. They forced me to change it .They seem to careless about customer satisfaction, it’s what they want that matters….it’s really aggravating me
Td is wrong with people
Some of your banks, when you ask a question to get something accomplished or get done, they don't want to help you. When their job is to provide service for you at all times I went to the branch in rosale park and asked about a bicentennial coin that's coming out now. And asks, can they get it from me? And they said, no, they don't get coins. That is funny when they order coins for the Federal Reserve bank and that's supposed to be something that comes from. The government because we pay for it, but all the banks today, they sell you no, no, no, so what do you do? I guess you have to complain to the government now. And say the bank is not doing their job in rosale bank. Rosale park bank is very poor in that aspect to satisfy a client or a customer or to say we will try to do the best that we can, which they don't. So I went over to railway bank and asked the same thing, and I was turned down. I don't understand if our country pays for something. And we spend 250 years for an anniversary that coin should be available to everybody at this time. But these banks are playing a game with the people that spend money in there, which is not fair at all.

My autopay is missing the payment because TD had already taken it out of my account. It’s ridiculous.
Lineups were trash even BEFORE the Oakridge mess 📉
Straight up, this TD branch is a joke. 🤡 Long before they even touched Oakridge for the redevelopment, the lineups here were already a movie. They want your money but won't hire enough staff to save their lives. You’ll spend half your life standing in a line just to get ignored by someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. They're quick to take your fees but slow to give you even basic respect. Save your time and hit a credit union instead. ✌️💨
Stop playing with people’s time. 41st & Cambie TD has been the worst for lineups since DAY ONE—way before the Oakridge construction started. They're only about the bag 💰, not the customers. Expect to wait 45 mins just to speak to a teller. Absolute waste of energy. 😤
Everyone wants to blame the Oakridge mess, but real ones know this branch has been trash for years. The service is nonexistent and the lineups are basically a permanent fixture. They love your deposits but hate providing actual help. They want our money but the service is poverty level. 💀 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Seniors BEWARE! What should be an easy transfer between mutual funds to regular bank accounts was made into an ordeal for a long term,exceptional client with long term History with TD bank. As well as being a past employee.
Treated elderly customer as if she was lacking in understanding (and good judgement) in what she was doing with her own money. Jim Vel.(Dimitris)(55 King St.) sent her transaction to back office and took from March 18-March 24,2026 to get everything resolved. Even had fraud person call home line, as they had cut debit card access off temporarily. Elderly customer couldn't even buy chocolate bar, even though she had tons of money in her exceptional accounts. Poor employees can spoil a company's reputation and poor word of mouth and expeiences spread exceptionally wide and fast. This is why companies in the long term can find themselves in trouble and go out of business.Customers lose trust and don't see value.
Customers,beware people pretending to be protecting you whilst being the actual wolf.

My investment matured and needed to renew them, Inder gave me a great interest rate, offered varied investment options and listed them, even RRSP transfer from my other bank to TD and the incentive that goes with it, so I could refer it to my hubby, my financial expert. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy that if it is all up to me, I might have moved a good amount to TD. He is a great asset to your org and keep up the good job!

They need to change their slogan it presently is America’s most convenient bank that couldn’t be further from the truth if I didn’t have my checks already printed up for my business and my personal hundreds of dollars worth I would switch tomorrow after 30 Years Place is horrible. if you’re thinking about going to a new bank, consider something smaller who actually knows your name and these people could not care less that I’ve been here for 30 years
ATM problems
TD has the worst policies with regards to their ATM machines. First, the machine itself is the only machine that gives you your card before you receive funds that you’re taking out.So every other machine on the planet when you request your funds gives you the funds and then ask you if you want anything else you say no and take your card not TD! Somebody with no brain decided to make the TD Bank machines that they give you your card before you get your money so if you get distracted or if you get a phone call etc. you end up leaving the money inside the machine which is easy to do because of the way that they have the money holder, which is horizontal rather than Vertical. It’s a recipe for disaster and could be completely avoided by using common sense and designing your machine to end a transaction by giving you a card not a transaction after your card is already in your pocket. . The other issue with TD is trying to access an ATM unless it’s a drive-through you have no luck unless it’s during banking hours they’ve decided to lock them all up where you used to be able to go in later and use the bank machine or early in the morning now you can’t so I don’t even know why they have ATMs in the branch if I can only access them during banking hours only what’s the point if the banks open I can just go to the teller the reason I want to use the ATM is when the bank is closed . TD Bank is missing a lot of common sense.

Today... April 13/26... I was put on hold and waited ...over 1 hour (when initially I was told it might be more than 5 minutes)... well I guess they were right but c'mon TD... this is pathetic service... I never did get though!... I gave you one star... yes I was being generous...

I called the bank about my RSP. After waiting in queue for 20 mins, a message pops up to say that TD is receiving a lot of calls and that I should call back later to speak to a rep. This is the second time this happened. to me. Last week I had the same experience, hence my follow-up call today.

I received a text for a $60 transaction this morning at 5 in the morning. I didn’t recall buying anything, so I selected no. I then found out my card is erased, and I cannot log into any of my apps or EasyWeb. I’ve been trying calling and have been on hold for 40 minutes. I feel I might switch banks, I’ve had problems over the last few years with TD. not a happy customer
Just a terrible bank
Wish I could give a lower rating. Their on line banking is just horrible. I called their 888 number and was on hold for 38 minutes after jumping though hoops. Finally I got a human being who had the personality of a wet rag. She promptly transfered me to another person and on hold again. Finally I gave up. Can't wait to close my accounts.
Been a customer for over a decade
Been a customer for over a decade. Will be leaving. They shutdown all accounts because of perceived fraud. It was a payment to the tax collector. Could have stopped payment for that transaction not shut down everything. Then once I called in, was told it can take 48 hours to reopen my accounts.

I will never, nerver for the life of me consider a TD travel credit card or TD Bank service in my life again. Their third party Global Excel is certainly the worse insurance company that exists and will do everything to deny your claim even though you have all the documentation. They will kill your willpower by dragging the claims and asking more and more documents. Can't wait for this to finish and cancel all my TD services! Other than that TD customer service is hit or miss, either you get ok service or very bad.

I had a tax levy put on my checking account, which also knocked my access to savings accounts.
I was able to clear it up with NY STATE. They sent on 3/26/2026 11:04 am to lift the levy.
I have called So many times and they don’t answer the phone. The representatives say that they never do!
