2nd pair of shoes!
This experience was just as great as the first. Omer rang back in a few minutes when I was unable to reach him. I felt confident dealing with TDO as my first experience was very thorough enabling me to purchase shoes that helped my problems with my feet. I wear orthotics, have bunions and have had surgery on my foot. TDO are totally honest, easy to talk to and, their priority is to find the most comfortable shoe for you. Their communication is very good and there is no question they can't answer! I can't imagine life without them! Thank you Omer and TDO.

As someone who has suffered from RA for many years, I have "got by" for a long time with custom made orthotics in wide fitting shoes at least two sizes bigger than I should wear.
Thanks to TDO I now have a very smart custom made pair of leather trainers that I'm delighted with and I will certainly be back for more!
Omer's knowledge of footwear and biomechanics is extensive and his customer service second to none.
Pricewise, yes they are a little more expensive than the High Street but comparable to high end trainers or other companies offering wider fittings.
Farnham is a lovely little town (even when they are digging up the one way system) and I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the TDO shop for a personal fitting service.

I have a problem with my feet which is ongoing at the moment. Omer has been extremely helpful and communication was excellent.

I had a Lisfranc injury on 09/11 and surgery on 11/11. I was non-weight bearing until the 23rd of December, then walking in a special boot. After that, I started searching for the perfect shoes to walk in again. I tried more than 60 pairs/ brands and thought I had found the right one, but when I went for a walk, I couldn’t walk anymore.
Finally finally I found your shoes!! Omg omg!! Such a lifesaver. I almost don’t have any pain, and I’m rocking in your shoes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this extraordinary creation. I can walk 10,000 steps with no problem.

Excellent service from Omer. We do not live near the shop, so everything was conducted remotely. He was happy to spend time responding to queries and making absolutely sure the measurements we sent him made sense.

What a beautiful new shop in Farnum and excellent service. I have one leg shorter than the other due to a hip replacement and now with this excellent and easy to access services I can get custom shoes and comfort instead of uncomfortable and poor orthotics. Omer was so kind and helpful and i can't wait for my new beautiful comfortable shoes!

Met Omer Cumek ,told him about my bad Hallux Rigidus problem. He was very helpful and measured my feet and asked all the right questions. He observed my walking and also the way I stood.
I ended up buying what I can only describe as the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I was surprised at the short time it took for me to be accustomed to the shoes.
My pain in feet and ankles reduced by at least 70% straight away.
I will be buying another pair of shoes in brown in the New Year as he was out of stock at the time.

From my first emails with Omer Cumik, the Business Development Manager, to happily walking around the house in my new shoes the help, guidance and communication has been faultless. I am very grateful for the help I was given, in a new situation.

Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional customer service that I received from TDO Therapy Footwear. I have always had difficulty getting footwear so have never ordered shoes online before. Due to an issue with my foot and advice from a podiatrist I was advised to look into orthopedic shoes and ChatGBT recommended this company (when I explained my issue to it). I am so glad it did because they went out of their way to help me get the right footwear and right fit.

The shoe itself felt weird when I first put it on (being orthopedic), but I followed their instructions and on the second day they felt like a second skin. The shoe is so light, with lovely soft leather (which you never get these days!) and great to have the velcro fastening to help with fit. Looks stylish enough too.

A very helpful and caring gentleman took my order and explained the shoes I required were out of stock.
but that he would order some and explained how long it would take for them to arrive. Excellent service and excellent footwear

Very Good Quality and Comfortable

My elderly husband has various conditions resulting in swollen, sometimes painful feet. His shoes must allow for this.
A huge online market satisfies this need. TDO's shoes are not cheap; because they are fine soft leather inside and out. They are designed for people with long term health issues. Care is taken to ensure the shoes fit correctly and can be returned unworn.
Overall; good product; good service and good value

These are well made shoes that are genuinely wide fit. Not only are they footwear for problem feet but they beautifully designed and stylish too.
Omar was really helpful and kind - and understood how challenging walking is for me due to my foot distortion.

These sandals are just right for me. I have MS and my ankles swell up during the day. I find them easy to put on, without anyone helping and I can adjust the velcro straps during the day. Excellent
