I've been looking for a tool like this for ages. It has all of the features I've been looking for and more. Highly recommended.

I like that it helps me keep track of jobs and applications in one place. The work styles insights are educational. I feel informed and prepared during my job search.

This app and its Chrome plug-in are pretty much the only thing that are keeping me from feeling completely overwhelmed by my job search. With all the talk about automated applicant tracking systems, it's more important than ever to fine-tune your resume for each individual job posting, which is a snap with Teal. I highly recommend it to anyone who's ever felt swamped by the hundreds of submissions it takes to get hired these days.

It's not easy to secure the first job in Canada, often requiring numerous job applications. Crafting customized resumes and cover letters for each application is a time-consuming and tedious task. Teal is assisting me in streamlining this process, making it more efficient and faster.

Easy to use and helpful for my job search. So far it doesn’t seem compatible on iPhone which would be my next request to make it seamless across devices and apps. But the desktop chrome plugin is great!

The teal job tracker extension has made my job search so much easier. Everything is condensed into one location and now I can manage my job search without being overwhelmed.

Best Job tracking software in market

Teal is a easy and convenient way to manage your job search and keep your resume up to date. I highly recommend the latter even if you are not actively looking for a job.

Keeping your resume current is a lot easier to do when you still have access to numbers and data, and you never want to get caught starting a unexpected job search unprepared.

I love Teal and it is really shortening my application process with each customization taking around 15 minutes. I enjoy that it links keywords, gives AI options and allows me to streamline the process.

up from 3.5 to 4 - It has some nice features but there are still some very painful bits. I've paid for the service.

1) FIXED - In the wonderful world of ATS. They make you upload a resume and then they make you copy and paste all the same fields into their form - Teal NOW supports this painful stupidity yet.

2) Resume importing. An almost pointless effort. The only way to get your data into the app is manually one bullet point at a time. copy and paste.

3) Workflow is a little odd and not particularly helpful.

When I add a job from a web site I should be able to go to the new resume and have it linked to the job. Why do I have to flip between forms and search?

4) The keyword finder can't manage to recognize synonyms or the difference between SaaS and SAAS for example

5) You aren't providing constructive help in tailoring the resume for the job. (big opportunity for improvement here). The cover letter does it but the resume builder doesn't.

BUT / AND - AI elements are shockingly good. You need to read and edit the suggestion but the output based on the job description and resume is very well done. This is the killer feature.

Teal is a fantastic tool. It has helped me better organize my resume and tailor it for individual job applications. It's super easy to use, and even the free version has lots of valuable features, including AI suggestions.
