I started GC in Feb 21 - expecting to be a size 6 in 6 weeks (I was a good 18) I wasn’t disappointed when it didn’t happen..why? Because I have learnt that the support, the online and gym classes, the ‘live’ information discussions that Dan holds all gave me the building blocks to start getting my weight shifted. Much more importantly I have a much healthier lifestyle and relationship with food. I have been a yo-yo dieter for years and tried the well known diets, time and time again!
