It would be zero stars if that was possible . I waited many weeks for the delivery of a Speedy Tail 2.0 for my cat , when it finally arrived the box was all squashed and the toy broken .
There is no phone number to contact and I have never received and response to my email plus photos of the broken toy when ask for either a refund or a new product . Very poor customer service , would be er use again . I wonder if it’s one of those Chinese websites where you can never get any refund or replacements if something how wrong .

I mean it works like they say and it did come charged up, but my cat had no interest in this whatsoever. 28.00 dollars for nothing. She kind of liked the feather and when l took the worm off she really liked playing with that. Don't believe the hype that this toy will keep your cat entertained for hours.

I made a mistake with a recent order and asked to have a refund done to correct it. Within 2 hours, on a Sunday, no less, I got a friendly response that the refund was being processed. I was pleasantly surprised, as I didn't think there would be a possibility and how fast the reply was! Will not hesitate to order from them again. Very well done! (Special thanks goes to Carolina G. on this one :), but to all, as well.)

While the ball unit itself works pretty good, the tail's clip breaks easily. Mine broke off within two months and they've refused to replace them. I won't buy from them again. Buy something similar at 50% in Amazon.

This is a drop shipping company - they don't make the products as they claim and you can find them on amazon for half the price or aliexpress for even less. Ok, fair, you got me - but the product wasn't even as advertised. It was NOT quiet, its battery life was nowhere near the claims they made, and it broke quickly. Take a look at their legal page before you buy anything - they say that nothing on their site is necessarily true.

I wasn't exactly sure what I ordered, but I got three of them, so I was hoping for the best.
When I opened the package pulled out the ball and hit the start button, the fun began. Jackson was a total kick chasing the "ball", which we have now named "Gizmo". When it finally stopped, we looked over and Jackson had his paws around it, like he had finally captured it. Then he wants us to start it again.

The toy is brilliant. The cats love it and you dont have to worry about it getting stuck somewhere as it is constantly changing direction. I had a small flaw in my toy and they replaced it quickly. They respond to email immediately and I look forward to buying more from this company in the future!

I ordered a steam brush to groom our cats. While they are crazy about it, it does work.
I'm addition, it was misplaced on arrival. I thought I never received and reached out to customer services. They were very helpful and even sent me a replacement brush!

Absolutely avoid this product at all costs. It's made by Pet Gravity, and buying it directly from the manufacturer is much cheaper. It sort of works, but it's really not that great. It just zooms around randomly, and the way the motor works, it just skips over the surface it's on because it does not accelerate gradually. Total waste of money. I feel really stupid for buying it.

If you want to take advantage of their "catisfaction guarantee", you will need to ship the product back to California in the US, even for international deliveries, and all they offer you is 50% off the original cost as an alternative. Shipping it back from the UK is going to cost more than taking the 50% on the product cost, so buyer beware.

The reason for all of this is that this is how drop shipping works. Teazy doesn't make the product; instead they place an order with the manufacturer, who then ships it to you directly. They never have their own inventory, so if you send it back to them, they'll just try to sell it again to someone, but ultimately don't want to hold the inventory, so they have no reason to make it easy for customers. The only thing they do is market the product, so they want as little to do with handling it as possible.

This scam please don’t fall for it I ordered mine a month ago still haven’t received it and I tried to reach out to them but I get the same email message repeatedly I wonder if it’s automate message, I couldn’t get refund or my item.

I ordered 2 speedy tails. I was initially happy with my purchase because the toy was very engaging for my cats. However one of them stopped working correctly after 2 months, only moving in one direction & not the other. I contacted completely service through their online request form twice. Nothing. I tried again via email and got a response but not the resolution I expected. I sent videos of the issue as requested I was told the 30 day warranty expired. And although they offered a 50% discount to purchase another, I am not satisfied because their website clearly states they stand behind their quality and offer 1 year warranty. Waiting to hear back after sending a screenshot of that warranty claim.
I like the the toy. It’s a shame it doesn’t stand up to play Abe’s they don’t stand behind their product claim.

We were originally alerted to the “fact” that our shipment had arrived, when it, in fact, had not. Teazy quickly offered to replaced the item or issue a refund. All we had to do was to fill out a form and return it, which we did. The day after going so, the item arrived - four days after we were originally notified of its arrival. We quickly notified Teazy. Happy customer.

Drop shipped "Pet Gravity" boxes, absolutely horrible customer service. They marked my package as "In Transit" on their website's built-in tracker. USPS tracking data said they lied to me for a week and didn't actually ship the package until a day after I contacted them about the discrepancy. When I still got no reply, I emailed the next day about how odd the package suddenly made it to USPS after I contacted them. It still took them another day to reply claiming they never got my first email. Then I got home to find that from three boxes I received two tiny charging cables and one completely empty box. 0/3 on delivering what I ordered. Don't trust them, won't be buying again.

Ordered the speedy ball almost a month ago(they say they are the original,... but I highly suspect that utter garbage and bordering on flat out fraud given what happened)
However,.. ordered, received no order number or confirmation of sale. Nothing. Yet they charged my card. When contacted they replied with wanting order info,... which they never provided. Another email from them stated 'they had no record of me making a purchase" at which point I called the bank and filed a fraud report to cancel the visa. But they didn't use the visa, they charged my debit card. (I suspect because its harder for the customer to stop a debit payment that's instant vs a Visa one that can be halted immediately) Fast forward to a couple days ago and I receive in the mail the product. First thing I noticed, 2 shipping labels, one from China to the US company then my address labeled over the top.

This makes me wonder where they 'found my address' after reporting they didn't have it, and if the product was a quick replacement from a Chinese company just to avoid fraud issues with the banks.

Did I receive a product,.. yes. Was it in a way that says this company is a legit entity. Hell no. I wonder how long they would have denied had the bank not been involved from the start.

Deceptive marketing and highly suspect and suspicious. Go to Amazon, same company mine came from China via TEAZYS can be purchased there for far less hassle and probably cost.

I ordered the "Teazys Speedy Tail 2.0" on Teazys website. Eight days later, a "Pet Gravity Speedy Sprint Ball" arrived. The toy's packaging was totally different, so it clearly was not the product I ordered. I emailed Teazys customer service and provided pictures of what I ordered and what I received. I indicated I wanted the product I ordered, and not the incorrect product sent to me. The emailed response from Teazys customer service simply stated "You received the right product". No other explanation given or attempt to correct their error.

I purchased the cat toy that is a ball with feathers that us rechargable. The first day it worked great: my cat was running back and forth chasing it before the toy ran out of juice in about 15 minutes. Since, no matter how long I charge, it will run for maybe one or two minutes then die. Overpriced toy that doesn't work after two days.

Their business practices are deceptive and, as far as I can tell, the company is a front. For starters, when you use your credit card to purchase their products, it is charged to a company in another country, under a different name. They did not provide me with any tracking information so, after 2 weeks, I asked for a status update. My purchase went from "pending" to "shipped" in a matter of minutes, which was VERY suspicious. The order arrived way later than anticipated, and the product quailty is subpar, at best. Don't be fooled by their professionally designed videos and website, as this company is as illigitimate as they get.

Very rude, unknowledgeable customer service. They also charge for priority delivery and don't follow through with it, as well as add fake tracking progress to their site. I contacted the shipper, as the USPS said they were still waiting for the package to send, and they informed me they are still waiting to receive the package, even though Teazy website said it was already in route and went through multiple mail hubs.
I do not recommend purchasing from them

They use unreliable cheap last mile carriers that lose packages.
They have unreliable poor customer service that doesn't want to communicate or help sovle your problems.
Their toys are poorly designed: they break, they're noisy, and they are too aggressive and scare the cats.
