My bike has a Tec exhaust fitted, I needed a replacement part for it that wasnt listed on the website, contacted Tec by email Tuesday and received a reply the same day offering to part it out from a package and ship to me.
This was arranged Wednesday morning and the item arrived before 10AM on Thursday. Cant rate this service enough, also the quality of the exhaust and parts is excellent.

Oh dear it seems like george isn,nt running the office anymore i have had good help with purchases from tec before but this time i had no help,the main problem was two bits of plastic supposed to fit on the bottom of the emulators,they were unfinished [not deburred] i don,t mind that but they were far two big and when you email [theres no phone anymore] and say that grease will not hold them in place you get back "you should always use grease"jesus christ stop letting the cleaner answer technical questions mate....

Preso molti loro prodotti per le mie Royal Enfield. Risers, prolunghe leve marce e freno. La qualità è molto buona e anche i loro prezzi sono abbastanza giusti. La spedizione e le tasse incidono non poco purtroppo.

Changed the sprockets on my 350 Meteor. Now has 16t x 40t. This has given about a 10% increase through the box. 1st now is brilliant, I found it to sort as standard. I'm getting the eco mode at 60mph also in 5th.

I have bought a few parts from TEC Bike Parts and always found them to be of good quality and good value. I have also found them to be very good at replying to my email queries. Their YouTube videos are also very informative.

My recent purchase was rear gas shocks for my Bonneville T120 and I’m very pleased with improved handling.

I put an order in for rear shocks, sump base plate, and new clutch and brake levers on Sunday, and was told it was shipped the next day. As of Thursday, the parts have not been shipped. They were quick to take my money. I have seen several emails with no response. Good luck trying to get a number to call and check on your order status. I would never use this part comany again. With that being said I did order some mirrors that did arrive on time..It is sad to think that it only takes a few min to respond to someone's concerns. All I am asking is for answers.

Let me preface by saying that this is my second time ordering from TEC – my first time being painless, with speedy delivery, a great product, etc. So shout out the TEC team for that.

At 3,000 miles, I was ready to replace the mufflers and headers on my bike. After months and months of research, and having saved the money, I purchased the mufflers and big bore kit from TEC USA.

Sadly, the mufflers were the first problem, as they would fit over the RE stock headers, but not the newly purchased TEC headers. I tried "encouraging" them gently, I tried grease, I rewatched the YouTube videos... I tried everything they said to that wouldn't cause damage to / alter the product in any way. Then I went to a couple local shops, who really didn't know how to help me without fabricating a custom part, etc.

Sadly, these parts, beautiful as they may be, aren't working for me. And I don't even want my money back, I just want a solution or a replacement. But I can't get a hold of anyone at TEC USA, which has left me feeling like I was tricked.

I'd really appreciate if anyone would contact me, so we can make this right, and I can give the five stars I believe this company deserves. But right now, a complete lack of customer care has left me terribly disappointed, and a bit bothered.

Contacted Matt and the TEC UK team, who were able to get in touch with the TEC USA team and hopefully get things in motion. Will provide an update once this is finalized.

I bought a cat cover for a 2021 BMW s1000r. Service was great, shipping to the UK was super fast, and the fit and finish was great. Have recommended to others and can't recommend them highly enough.

Suzuki bandit luggage rack from tech bike parts.
The quality is atrocious it had large chunk of paint missing from the top rear of it.
You couldn't have missed it before wrapping it in bubble wrap & despatching it.

The bolts supplied were too short, I had to go buy my own which was much better quality.

One of the mounting plates was bent.

The quality control at this place is atrocious , you get what you pay for.
Wish had trusted the bad reviews & not bothered with tech bike parts.

Your reply to my review is utter rubbish & completely made up.
I had not tried fitting the rack without the grab handle & you have never sent anything else out to me or exchanged anything.
You've only sent the original order.

So why is your reply a complete lie.

Also I see you have removed the review I posted on your web site on the item which was the same as above.
just shows your site's review's are selective for what you don't want public seeing.

Tech bike parts have asked me to remove this review & they will refund or exchange when it's done.
This review is staying they can not bribe me into removing it .

They had the chance of quality control before despatching the order, but as it looks like they couldn't be bothered, would rather risk sending inferior quality goods out.
Not a good business practice if you want repeat customer.
I will never use them again, or recommend them.

On the Triumph o/e number plate holder the connector for the number plate light is concealed within the housing, not so on Tec. If you try to hide the connector between the tail tidy bracket and the mudguard you risk crushing it so it's now exposed.
Also, the pre-drilled holes to screw standard plastic bolts to attach the number plate are too small. Poor.

Excellent customer service. I had a slight issue with a minor defect on an item. They responded to my email in a few hours and shipped a replacement straight away, no quibbles.

Ordered a tail tidy for a Triumph Speed Twin that came very quickly and securely. Unfortunately the fitting bolt and washers were missing but Tec Bike Parts sent these immediately first class and I got them the next day. tail tidy fitting was easy and looks great.

I have never had such a terrible time ordering a couple of items online in my life!
Tail tidy and 4 indicators for my triumph 1200 scrambler…tried to place my order on USA site on Jan19, 2022 but Dave wanted to measure to make sure I wouldn’t need adapter kit so I waited for him to get back to me (11) days later!!! So I placed my order, and he was going to send me an invoice that was 4 days ago. Still haven’t heard a word. Guess it’s time to order from someone else as I think by virtue of the fact that there’s no provision for US customers on their UK website’s drop down menu if countries at checkout they really don’t want US customers and their US site has only a small inventory of the items on UK site.
I got an email from Matt Milburn from UK tec asking if there was a problem as my cart had two items in it I explained but he never offered any help or even a reply.

Bar end mirrors for Street Twin. Arrived in under 48 hours. Fitting straight forward. Good mirrors however I find that the arms of the mirrors to be on the short side leaving the mirrors very close to the hand grips such that the knuckle armour on my gloves catches on the mirror. Did not have this problem when I test rode a Bud Ekins T100 with genuine Triumph bar end mirrors. I do think that the TEC mirrors are very good value for money though.

I purchased a used 2004 Thruxton with a TEC "Desert" exhaust. Put 2k miles on the bike and on one outing the back baffle of the exhaust blew off. Emailed customer service and they sent me a free replacement no questions asked. Response was timely a thorough. Very impressed!

I purchased a sump guard from this firm, but was unable to fit it to my bike for over 18 months. During this time I had misplaced one of the brackets from the kit. I contacted TEC and explained my problem. Within days they had posted me a replacement part. Superb customer service and I highly recommend this company.

Was under the impression the pair of rear shocks I ordered for my Triumph were manufactured in house. When they arrived they were nothing but a pair of cheap Chinese shocks you can buy from disreputable websites like wish etc for less than 50% of TEC's price. The quality was petrifying, no European manufacturer markers or standard marks so sent them straight back. Didn't get a refund for the £10 to post them back and the communication was not exactly welcoming after I had made them aware of my disappointment.
In all a total waste of time and my money. I did note the invoice clearly sates the name of the manufacturer of these shocks is "Tec", I wonder what trading standards would have to say about the matter?
