Das Geld werd ich wohl nie wieder sehen.
In meinen Augen ist das absolute Augenwischerei.
Da ist ein Stern noch zu viel.

Without my consent I have a monthly £49…
Without my consent I have a monthly £49 subscription to techitguru. My credit card company is investigating. This organisation appears to specialise in fraudulent subscriptions and has the same response to all negative reviews. I have been on line and cancelled the subscription but this has not happened, and 3 x £49 have been taken from by credit card. If this has happened to you I suggest you contact your credit card directly.
I have already posted a review on this company and I’ve been prompted to respond by Trustpilot under the threat of the review being removed if I do not.
I maintain I never intentionally subscribed to this company. The only thing I can think of as to how they got my details is at some point I’ve paid pennies for a gif or music download. This unscrupulous company have found away of using credit card details like a parasite. And somehow by clicking to pay the fee for something totally different, you are subscribing to pay a monthly fee for something unwanted.
The fraud department will be investigating.

Ich habe in großer Hektik ein Einleitungsvideo anschauen wollen, als ich Probleme mit meinem Mini hatte. Es wurde € 0,01 vorgeschlagen, um das Video anzuschauen, was ich auch genehmigt habe. Dass ich einen Tag später eine Abonnement-Bestätigung für €49 bekommen habe, hat mich umgehauen. Zum einen kam die Bestätigungsemail bei mir im Spam an, so dass ich sie nicht las. Zum zweiten war es mir wirklich, aber wirklich nicht bewusst, dass ich dem Abonnement zugestimmt hatte.
Zwar habe ich mein Abonnement kündigen können, aber meine umgehende Bitte, die €49 zurück zu erstatten, wurde abgelehnt. VORSICHT! Das Video war im übrigen nicht das, was ich habe sehen wollen - insofern in jeder Hinsicht ein Griff ins Klo!

£49 unknown subscription
Without my consent I have a monthly £49 subscription to techitguru. My bank indicated that in my case, the payment is made through Apple Pay.
This organisation appears to specialise in fraudulent subscriptions.
The same scripted message appear in response to all negative reviews on trust pilot.
It is impossible to contact the organisation behind this scam. Suggest you contact your bank.
I have read the response. I’ve been prompted to respond by Trustpilot under the threat of the review being removed if I do not.

My bank has refunded me the two fees of £49 that this company had taken from my account by stealth. And the fraud department will be investigating.

Competition clause, company have helped with this
Don’t recognise this company or even have an account with them but they have been taking £45 out of my savings account for the past few months. Didn’t realise as it’s my savings so didn’t check until going to get money now and told no money in account!! Tried to contact the company kept getting asked for my email and account information. Have since received email from the company stating that I had participated in a game to win an iPhone which registered me for a subscription with them & had been sent an email confirming this. Unfortunately I do not recall entering any competition or receiving email about this. The company has cancelled this subscription now thankfully, so no more fees. PLEASE be aware if entering any competitions that there may be clauses like this. I’m going to talk to my kids about this too!

Ich habe nichts über tech guru abgeschlossen und mir wurden einfach 49 Euro auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet. Ich werde den Betrug auf jeden Fall melden und meine Karte sperren. Da ich keinerlei Kundendaten bei tech Guru abgegeben habe und auch keine Zugangsdaten habe, kann ich leider das “Abonnement” nicht kündigen.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall die Betrugsmasche melden.
