This is an outstanding company! I was very impressed with the communication and the efficiency of their staff. Apart from that, the price I paid for the item I had purchased was very competitive, so there's really no reason for me to order my stuff from American multinational technology companies. I had a great experience with Tech Wizz, largely thanks to Daniel's excellent customer service. He was very responsive on WhatsApp, answered all my questions promptly, and provided clear explanations whenever needed. His professionalism gave me the confidence to proceed with my purchase.

The laptop arrived just two days after I placed the order, in excellent condition, and all the specifications matched those advertised on the website.

One area for improvement would be to provide the receipt or invoice either with the product or immediately after the order is placed. It would also be beneficial to notify the product manufacturer or warranty provider of the sale so that the warranty period begins from the actual date of purchase.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend Tech Wizz to others.

Well packaged, delivered quickly even outside the UK, good after-sales service. The only downside is that for orders outside the UK, the final price isn't correct; don't forget to add VAT.
