It was a really straightforward process from start to finish and the goods arrived exactly as described. I've bought a mac for myself and one for my Dad and both experiences were great.
The only improvement I'd suggest is being able to search by spec details like how much memory, hard drive size type would be handy but a very minor thing.

Good service.
Firstly, following my order, delivery was within 2 x days which exceeded my expectation The only quibble I had was the fact that from the selection of available iMacs, I picked one which was supposed to have OS 15 Sequoia installed - and it didn't. Never mind, 50p into the swearbox and commence installation. It failed! I contacted TechTrade and asked for a spot of help. I received a response in short order and Ryan made a suggestion which I really should have tried for myself! (another 50p in swearbox) and success! So I really can't fault your support team. Overall, all things considered, I think TT are genuinely giving a good-quality service. The machine itself is immaculate and I'm happy to overlook the small matter of the OS. Thanks chaps! That's a yes from me!

Do not recommend
Do not recommend. Me, and a few others it seems, have ordered from this place. They never ship the item, it's been two weeks. Their contact number is now disconnected. I spoke to a guy, Charlie Fawks, yesterday, and he said he'd check with his fulfulment team, and I've heard nothing.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Computer in good condition and looks gold star. However, neither keyboard nor mouse seemed to work and would not connect. We had to use an existing keyboard and magic mouse and get everything started with wired versions. Up and running now.

I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived the following Thursday ... but that was with the long Easter weekend in the middle!
Last Time I bought a desktop Mac was 2011 so getting a bit of a buzz out of the latest version.
The mouse and keyboard actually had batteries pre-installed so that was a revelation.
So far, pretty good ... so, well done TechTrade ... Zak

Happy with the computer but unhappy can’t update to the latest software and would be wary about buying again as didn’t realise how old the computer was. Still not a bad price and delivered quickly
