Ordered a small Arc keyboard
Ordered a small Arc keyboard, but unfortunately, the delete button was not where it was on my other two keyboards so not suitable.
I called and got a very pleasant person on the phone and then emailed and got an immediate response with a return code. You do have to pay for returns but it does say that in the policy.
The customer service was so good, I will look to them to buy anything I need in future.

Truely 5* service
I needed to return a faulty Microsoft keyboard and pen and straight off the bat the response from Andy at Techfident was faultless. Out of hours he replied. sorting the problem he couldn't have been better, even when DHL went to the wrong house to collect the item. Brilliant customer service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Oh and the item was well priced to start with as well so why would you go anywhere else. 5* company and 5* employee!!

Great products and service from end to end
Having spent many days deciding on my laptop (notebook) requirements, I had my list of requirements nailed down. One of the constraints was price - but I was keen to not compromise quality. I wanted a system that was reasonable future-proof (Intel i7 or Ryzen 7+), and need to be able to dual boot Linux, which is my primary OS, so a minimum of 16GB RAM was essential. I've had it with slow hard discs, so chose NVMe SSD. I also do photography, so the display had to be good with wide colour gamut.
The ASUS Vivobook 15 Pro OLED (Intel version) ticked all my boxes. I had not heard of Techfident before, so I trawled for reviews - they were mostly excellent and good comments about proactive customer service. So I bought through Techfident.
I was not disappointed at all. Status updates were speedy. I did phone to check delivery timing and they were very helpful, professional and friendly.
The notebook arrived the next working day. I've been so pleased with the Vivobook. I bought an external NVMe SSD Thunderbolt encloser and drive (1TB WD BLACK 750), connected to the Thunderbolt port and it just works perfectly! I have Linux on the external drive and retained WIndows (upgraded to 11) on the internal drive. It's all incredibly fast. I love it and would not hesitate to recommend Techfident. I would defintely purchase through them again.

Señor Brad's MacBook Dies on the Road :-(
I am a USA traveling for the summer, when my MacBook died in Stansted. Grrrrr....
I called Akbar at Techfident on a FRI afternoon and he was able to hook me up with brand new MacBook Pro, delivered to my guest accommodation, by mid day the next TUE morning.
In that one phone call on that FRI, he and I were able to suss features, negotiate a fair price, secure payment and arrange for delivery.
Akbar followed up with status updates twice before delivery and provided an efficient tracking app to monitor package progress.
Happy to be writing this recommendation on my new device and RLY happy to be continuing down the road with a fist rate product.
Without hesitation I recommend Techfident.

Great all round service I would highly recommend
I was trying to source a relatively large amount of wireless headsets for my sales team when I came across techfident. I was doing what most people do and trying the likes of Amazon but they didn’t have the stock level I was looking for. Simple google search of the product and these guys came up and provided me with everything I was looking for including next day delivery. Great all round service I would highly recommend.
