World-class service!

Jacob was extremely helpful, responsive, and quickly got this renewal done. He answered questions and went above and beyond to provide a top-notch customer experience.

Not Reponsive or Customer Focused

Too much work is required on my part to follow up and prod the agent into responding and providing quotes.

I usually start the interaction 30 days before the insurance is up, and we inevitably get to the last day or two before things are closed. That's not how I run my business, and that's not the kind of partner I want for insurance.

Phone calls are almost never answered, and voicemails are never returned.

I started the process back in early…

I started the process back in early January and was pretty certain, that I filled out an intent to renew form but then was sent my only 1 reminder a few days before my expiration for my Errors & Omissions policy.

No real interaction

We used them for years and they were fine when our policy requirements were standard. If you have questions or need quotes from an Insurers they offer other than Hartford, who seem to there go to insurer, they fall short.

I don't feel the agents want to do any work to earn businesses. They just want to convert quotes to Hartford polices without putting in much effort.

I guess that par for the course today.

Painfully terrible customer service

Increasingly terrible customer service. After trudging along with them for 10 years, I'm actively moving policies to a different Broker TODAY. I'll also add that The Hartford unsuccessfully attempted to reach the Broker on my behalf (after I reached out to them directly for help as my Broker was unreachable). The Hartford folks are great - they gave it their best to help figure out what was going on, but ended up in the same phone loop where the only option is to leave a message. Also note: this company goes by Tech Insurance and/or Insureon, depending on who's sending the email.

Easy cost affordable insurance

Easy cost affordable insurance, great service. Holly was great to work with. She was responsive even though it was the holidays and easily addressed my questions. This is my second time purchasing business insurance with Tech Insurance, with a spread of 15 years. Great to see the company is still there to help!
