TITS Review

We hired Tech IT Services ("TITS") when our IT consultant retired. Despite the website, TITS is a one man operation. During our initial consultation Ryan emphasized his experience, work ethic, commitment to building a reputable business and competence in being able to handle our small business IT needs. The first project was assisting in connecting our landline phone system to our internet provider to allow us to use VolP. He spent 3 hours and not only did he fail to connect the phone system but he managed to cause our entire internet to fail for which he insisted on being paid $432. The next day he again failed to fix the problem he caused through his incompetence and tried to blame it on the phone service we had switched to from Cox. When I spoke to the phone service they had a representative here that afternoon who literally plugged the phone connection into the correct input on the VolP connection box and said he couldn't believe how "screwed up" the prior attempted WiFI connection had been. Needless to say, I requested that our payment be refunded by "Mr. Work Ethic" who agreed but then never processed the refund. He refused to accept my calls and I was relegated to speaking with his wife/office manager Candice who might just be one of the truly nastiest people on the planet Earth. Finally, we disputed the charge off our credit card to which they did not object and concluded our horrific experience. Despite all the alternatives, literally NOBODY would be better than this clown!

I sampled several add-in's with the ability to add snooze functionality to Outlook.

The add-in works well and has been a great help getting organized.

But I wish to offer a special shout-out to their support. They were there when I needed them and that makes them a great solution.

TechIt is just awesome. Why? Because they get an answer to you fast and reliably. As a reasonably tech savvy guy myself I can handle most of our company’s issues, but then there are the times I’m stumped. The time the library of Alexandria of our time, the great Google, is no help. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve emailed Techit with some hair pulling IT problem and Jason or Ryan have it solved before the day ends. seriously, save yourself the trouble. Put down the sledgehammer and call TechIt first. It’s not worth spending hours of unproductive time trying to solve the computer version of the riddle of the Sphinx.

Ryan came by to mail some packages to ship and we needed help with scans with my coper, it was over 1000 pages! Ryan is fast and very smart with computer problems, and great customer service!
