What TechLeadsIT offers in their Oracle EBS course is nothing but a copy-paste version of free online material. The trainer did not have any proper teaching skills, just read out theoretical content with no real-life application or explanation.

I was promised real-time case studies and labs — none of that was provided. They just sent some documents and expected us to figure it out. There was no live environment, no guided project walkthroughs, and absolutely no mentorship. Every time I asked for clarification, I was ignored or told to "refer the document again."

They didn’t even cover half of what was promised in the curriculum. Modules were skipped, and classes were canceled without explanation. The attitude of the team was “we’ll check and update” — but they never actually did.

Hello everyone who is looking for training to Techleads IT it is highly recommonded to join this class has fare pricing to everyone India and Usa, It is good to get more and more idea and enhance knowledge to add on for currently working in oracle EBS, but little hardwork needed those who is fresher. Need practice a lot, teacher is very cooperative and help us out for any repeating or looking for help in practicing. It very not regrate to join this organization for knowledge only cons is that we need to work hard to match our knowledge with their output.

I enrolled in this TechleadsIT institute for Oracle fusion SCM course by Krishna and it was extremely disappointing. Before joining they had a demo class in which they falsely buttered the students from each and everything. I trusted that but later it was totally opposite. As a fresher i was eager to learn and grow my skills and i was expecting guidance and support but the trainer Krishna was totally unhelpful, disinterested, unfriendly And often dismissed questions, leaving many of us confused & lack of clear explanations and practical guidance made it difficult to grasp essential concepts, and if i texted him he used to not reply as he himself is an employee in another organisation and doing a side business by running this TechleadsIT. It felt more like a business focused on profit than a genuine educational institution. Even the course material was outdated which is of no use in the updated version of the software. And there was a lack of basics for a Fresher to understand the modules. The training felt more like a YouTube video than an interactive learning space. Also I blindly believed the online reviews of the students but later in the upcoming classes i realised that those reviews were requested by Krishna to his students to post. I wouldn't recommend this institute to anyone if they are starting a career in Oracle fusion SCM. Waste of time and money.

I Joined for Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Course. The trainer explained the Interview questions at the Class time. We have to grab those questions and note it down. It was a great learning experience. He clarified the doubts what we have with so much patience. Overall a happy experience to learn the course. He has real time IT experience as tech lead.

I took Oracle cloud SCM and Financials trainings with Tech leads IT institute. Training was very professional and very punctual when compared with other Oracle Institutes. Best part is I got some free-lancing work also on SCM from this institute. I am referring this institute to all my colleagues in Deloitte.

Krishna sir, instructor, the way he taught, explains the topics was simple but effective. He was very curious and enthusiastic to teach you every bit of subject. Sometimes he motivates students and himself as well when students doesn't get involve in lecture but never disappointed himself. I felt through the course that he had enough kind to teach anything and he cares about your career but you should have interest and focus on subject ang grab the subject.
