Not a very friendly service when collecting the macbook, man looked miserable, didn't say please or thank you quite rude actually. No charger with macbook, no box or bag given to carry it in. This shop doesn't answer calls! Asked for my ID quite rudely even though I had an email showing I had fully paid, furthermore I showed him my ID on my actually birthday, did not even wish me a good day ! Horrible service !

Scam. Completely did not deliver an item and blamed Royal Mail. I have proof from Royal Mail that the only items sent was delivered. They never sent it and never responded once I sent proof! Complete scam!!

Terrible communication from company.

I was interested in purchasing an item from them for my partners birthday, I tried to contact the company via their chat on 4 separate occasions, after trying for the 4th time I finally managed to get through.

I wanted to find out if the item in question comes with box, they were responding unbelievably bluntly and said simply no, I messaged then after asking what packaging it comes incomes in then they stopped responding, I had to wait for 40 min for response.

They FINALLY got back to me and said it comes in some sort eco friendly packaging, I asked them if they could email me the picture so I can see what it looks like and they sim0plky said 'NO'

Not a very welcoming company, I went elsewhere and they lost on sale by being so blunt and rude and unhelpful.

Please don't bother with this company, reviews speak for themselves.

Absolutely appalling company!! I ordered a reconditioned Apple laptop and had a few questions.. None of which were responded to, They don’t answer the phone or emails or their chat. I eventually googled them and found these trustpilot reviews so immediately emailed them to cancel the Laptop, This was 24 hours after I placed the order, Ignoring all my previous emails they responded saying I was too late to cancel. So I refused the delivery, And sent them a screenshot from the Royal mail website, Two weeks later, and they have still not refunded what I paid!! I intend to take this further and report them!! Scam company and feels more like a one-man band!! Avoid at all costs

Bought a Google Pixel Watch from here. Had no idea it was a reconditioned product. The website keeps this quiet. Item arrived in an old phone box without any protection. Also came with no charger (specific magnetic charger for this watch) or info.

I sent it back and they have now received it but will not respond to my emails.

I would recommend buying from somewhere else. It wasn't even that much of a bargain. Now proceeding with credit card company to retrieve payment. *UPDATE* I have received my refund.

Also, it claims 'Free Returns' when you search. That is not true.

Very pleased with my iPad Pro in pristine condition which cane today as promised.
Just like new with a big saving on price.
Delivered on next working day well packaged and once the battery was charged worked like a dream.
Those of you leaving poor reviews should be sure of what you’re buying.
Pristine is recommended otherwise there will be flaws.

Had faulty iPad which I returned and was promised a replacement but no iPad has been delivered & having problems contacting the company.

Sent an iphone they knew could not connect to the Internet & therefore unable to sign in with Apple ID or use iMessages. Calls to them weren't answered & emails the same. On chat they advised to send it back yet ignored me asking for a postage paid returns label which is a right under Consumer Laws. Avoid at all costs

Sent me a faulty phone. Processed to ignore me for weeks. Before sending me emails to say they are sending Debt collectors to my house as they never received the phone back.?

Tracking and shipping have confirmed not the case nothing but scam scam scam

Would not recommend, supplied me 2 items and had battery life issues with both. Was left out of pocket after having to pay postage costs both ways. Tried to resole the issue with no success.

This product was a waste of money - i truly wish i never purchased it. It regularly breaks down and has to be completely reset, reminder to not put any data on here that cannot be easily replaced because its had to be wiped to factory settings once every two months. Regularly stops charging, breaks down if you have more than two tabs open at a time, can't download most apps including microsoft office. It is supposed to be an ipad - it does not function as a foldable touchscreen laptop. Just buy an ipad and a keyboard

Negative - sent via 48hr delivery even though I paid for next day delivery.

Positives - bought an “acceptable condition” iPad, so was expecting some marks/scratches. This thing looks brand new and doesn’t have a single mark on it

Selling items they don’t have in stock, very poor communication disgraceful telephone manner can’t help feeling bit of a scam, would advise people against buying from them

The interest in people as they walk into the store and how they give you the full focus as a customer made my experience great.

They way the worker and company has a friendly and helpful attitude with giving you attention is the right way they do things .

It made me so relaxed and wanting to shop there due to the fact that I was warmly welcome as I've entered the TECHMARKIT WOW the sales man and manager was so helpful and the attitude were so amazing I would definitely recommend more people to TECHMARKIT STORE IN ROSEBANK MALL JHB .

Sold an unsafe iMac that kept crashing and overheating. Promptly replaced - with one didn't that turn on. They don't appear to be checking items before despatch. since then they have ignored all correspondence regarding the further returned item. Nothing to show for my £100. Rip off.

Tell yiuthe truth .I had to give one star. Just to write the damm review. I take back the one star given. I give big Fat Zero. Didn't trust these clowns with your hard earned cash. You been warned. . Be smart and take note.

I purchased a fully refurbished Acer laptop from these guys on 20th December 2022 through gogropie.com when I received the laptop it had really bad scratches on the lid and screen and did not work. I sent the laptop back and they received it on the 19 of January until now I have not received my refund from Tec LTD or Gogropie.com

!!!!!Achtung Betrugsfirma!!!!! Verschickt defekte Ware, und wenn du zurücksenden möchtest, soll das Packet nach Hongkong gesendet werden ( Kosten mind.15,00€ ).
Aber dein Geld bekommst nicht zurück .
Finger weg von dieser Firma.
