Product as expected and perfect for school work.

The main man Wil was brilliant. Diagnosed my lap top there and then for free and even didn’t charge me for a part and service I didn’t need. Honest and wry knowledgeable. Will recommend to all.
Thanks for the help

Good price quick delivery, laptop was in excellent condition and came with an upgraded touch screen for no extra cost!

Fast and efficient and well priced. The product was classified as Good but I think it would have deserved Excellent.

Great laptop excellent price and exactly what was required

Fantastic condition refurbished laptop delivered on time. Free upgrade and everything amazing… 100% recommended

I was searching for a refurbished DELL laptop and I was pleased to find this product at a company in Leicester, which is fairly local to me. My desired price range was between £90 and £200, so this laptop was ideal priced at £149. There was a coupon available for a discount of £10, giving me a price of £139, with free delivery by DPD. The tracking was accurate, and the DPD delivery arrived on the third day. This DELL laptop is good value, being eleven years old and has the Windows 11 operating system installed. Memory and hard drive size is relatively small, but adequate for what I need.

Price was decent for the laptop I ordered. Delivery was quite fast

Correct description of product and condition. Fast service even over a holiday weekend. Well packaged in a protective multicell bubble sleeve.

Easy transaction, everything I needed at a fraction of the cost and super fast delivery with constant delivery updates, really good/safe packaging.

Exactly as advertised and delivered quickly and safely.

Accurate & Trustworthy!
Item arrived exactly as described, fast delivery, and zero hassle. 100% accurate and trustworthy seller—would definitely buy again!

I have had a very positive experience. I found the laptop that I was looking for at a reasonable price. The process for ordering was straight-forward and the laptop arrived in a couple of days. It has proved to be just as advertised - clearly used, but well looked after and brought up to latest Windows level. Thanks

Great laptop for the money. Fast delivery

Helpful advice on phone prior to purchase, however "good" condition of laptop was rather disappointing. Some keys had stickers on where number had worn away, and item smelt heavily of smoke which is concerning around a laptop and effects it's durability. I would have returned item had I not needed to use it immediately.
