Over the past years, I’ve collaborated with TechPods on several projects and consistently received developers of outstanding quality.
The selected resources fully integrated within our internal team, contributing strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal qualities.
Even as highly skilled full-stack developers - not specifically software architects - they provided tangible value both in improving our existing architecture and in proposing new technical solutions.
The HR support has always proven to be efficient and prompt, with fast and truly useful feedback whenever needed.

A truly ongoing and valuable collaboration: I highly recommend TechPods to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner.

We were introduced to TechPods over five years ago, and since then, they have become a trusted and important partner collaborating closely with our internal teams on complex projects. Ben is a great person to work with, and he has helped us see real value from our relationship with TechPods. I can wholeheartedly recommend TechPods to anyone looking to expand their tech team with great engineering talent.

You are great professionals who never disappoint. Always a pleasure to do business with you!

TechPods were recommended to us two years ago as a potential partner for a nearshore development solution. We quickly agreed that TechPods was the right fit and set about recruiting full-stack developers, QA engineers, and DevOps experts for a large global project. We are delighted with the service we have received and see this model as delivering real value to our organisation. I recommend TechPods for any organisation looking to expand its technical capacity.

I have been working with Techpods for many years, and they have consistently helped us scale our payments solutions by supplying highly talented software engineers. Ben and Mike are top guys who always make me feel welcome when I visit, and their team has built strong, collaborative relationships with our internal teams. There’s a high level of trust, and they consistently deliver excellent technical expertise while doing the right thing.
I highly recommend Techpods to anyone looking to scale their business with top engineering talent.

I've worked with Techpods a few times in different roles. One of the first questions to ask in a new tech leadership role is the staffing mix and how contract/outsourcing/cosourcing is being handled as it is often an area that is either overlooked or handled poorly.
In doing so I have found that Techpods is my go to benchmark for what that relationship should look like. They are very practical and capable in their recruitment and the professional and realistic way in which they approach the relationship makes them an easy partner to trust and rely on.

I was the Software Engineering Manager for teams that included eight engineers from TechPods, and I worked with them for about nine months. I found their work ethic and professional ability to be of a very high standard. They really put a lot into the work at OVO. I am so impressed with several of the team members who were relatively junior when they joined us - ranging from 2-4 years ago - and who had become excellent senior-level engineers by the time I moved on. It was a pleasure to interact with them and a terrible shame that we never got to meet in person as we had hoped to.

Techpods are our trusted resourcing partner, providing high quality developers - it's great to have Techpods at our side for when we need to scale quickly or just need additional development resources. They are personable and friendly and go out of their way to help!

Unique co-sourcing company, empowering and boosting employees and employers alike.

Excellent personalised service for your technical needs.
