Wish I read this before buying a product. Thankfully 'only' a £40 mouse. Same as everyone else, got an email receipt but nothing else. Now their whole website is offline so perhaps the jig is up. Sham... Toon meer

Same thing as everyone else
Same thing as everyone else. I received an order confirmation and then nothing. I tried every form of communication with CS that they offered and got no response. If this company is at all legit, they have the absolute worst CS known to man.

Don't buy product from them
Don't buy product from them. I ordered apple watch from their website and never received it. Before buying product, the person on their website chat and their customer service on emails are very responsive. Earlier, they only allowed crypto and bank payments. I did bank wire payment. After payment, they confirmed they received money. After that there was no further communication. I tried reaching them by every means possible but no response. Now they allow credit card payments. If you really want to buy from them then I would suggest to do it with credit card that provides buyer protection.
