Great Experience
I was very pleased and satisfied with the experience. Phone looked in better condition than described and I haven't had any problem. Price is affordable and the customer service is beyond expectation. Will do business with this company again.

Fast, friendly and reliable!
Tech Twice was very reliable. I felt very safe bringing my iPhone in to them. They are very reputable and I never felt like I was being cheated or lied to. I walked in with my iPhone, waited about 5 minutes and walked out with cash. I would recommend them over any other services I have used!

I have shopped at Tech Twice several times and have always had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Everything I purchase from Tech Twice is exactly as stated in their advertisements and I have never had a complaint. If I have any problems or questions, they work diligently to help me find resolution and I will continue to use Tech Twice as my electronics 'go to' as long as a need for electronics exists.

I needed a iPhone 6 Plus for my wife STAT! I saw one on their website, called to confirm it was available and they put a hold on it while I drove the next morning. It was exactly what we needed/wanted and at a great price. Customer service was impeccable. TechTwice will be my go to for our next phone!
