Absolute scam! Took my daughter’s money. Posted tracking number but no information or shipping info. Then said it was lost but still never received it or never offered a refund!
Never heard back from the first email even though I’ve emailed countless times.
Keep your money by else where!!

Do not purchase from this company. I purchased shoes, hoodie, and a shirt from this company in July. The shoes were delivered on 8/23. It is now October and I am still missing the other 2 items. There’s no number to contact and I have emailed techwear via the email provided 4 x and have not received a f/u. I reached out to the delivery service and was advised that I had to reach out to the seller. Bulls*** experience especially for the price point and this place is a scam.

The service I received was outstanding, from ordering the item to delivery, product was excellent what it showed and off very good quality, I am more than happy, I definitely will be using techwear in the near future, and j highly recommend this company

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Quick replies and not to mention the product is amazing, great quality and very comfortable. 10/10 would definitely buy from again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Ordered two t-shirts that seemed to be shipped and then sat and sat and sat for 10 days while USPS waited to receive them. Tracking information was incorrect, customer service was dishonest and unresponsive and I still haven’t received the shirts a month later and now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don’t walk, run away!

Techware is AMAZING! I ordered some shoes for my son. It took a little while to get to us but my son was sooo excited and happy when he got the shoes. They look great on him! He gets compliments left and right from his friends at school and when we are out and about in public. 10 out of 10, highly recommend! I’m definitely going to get a few more things from them.

Good quality and very nice customer support

I ordered once last year without any problem. I ordered again and after 1.5 months it still hasnt been shipped. I emailed them, nothing happened. What should i do??

Innovative products from an easy to use website. Smooth shipping to the UK. There was some confusion over the product ordered, but the customer service team were very helpful in resolving the situation.
