This is the first time I have used this…
This is the first time I have used this company, which carries a certain amount of unknown, ie will they get the order right, how long will it take for it to arrive and how good is the quality.
On all counts I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Thank you for your feedback.
I have reviewed the delivery of your order and noted that your order took 3 days to be delivered with the courier. Unfortunately issues with couriers are outside of our control, we are available to help and investigate these problems as part of our after sales service if required.
We are glad to hear you were happy with the product and hope that the issues with the couriers doesn't deter you from ordering with us in the future.
Kind Regards,
